Poor workmanship. Difficult to get a good repair verse cover up patch.
The job is nice but they keep bothering me about the bill and it's covered by insurance.
This company is downright awful. Communication, workmanship, quality, timeliness, follow-through, professionalism, and even billing. Quite literally everything was wrong. This is a mess of a company.
Did not get follow on job.
Good people
This was a difficult experience that took much longer then originally explained.
ATI started out great. Then Abel Gandara started ghosting me. I contacted the main office and got his supervisor. Stephen put me in touch with Brad. Brad came out and said he'd get the repairs fixed. Then Brad ghosted me. Contacted ATI AGAIN and was told that Brad left the company. They put me in touch with Corie Paul. Corie came out to look at the garage. She said she'd get a siding person out to fix what Juan installed improperly. Corie had the garage repaired satisfactorily within about 3 weeks. Repairs to the garage should only have taken a few days but ended up taking 5 months. Corie was amazing!!! Abel, Juan and Brad were terrible.
Absolutely horrible experience. Terrible at communication, timelines, organization and professionalism.
I had some waiting times that I feel I should not have had. I felt like I was ignored at times. However, for the most part, they did a good job.
Very efficient and friendly workers. Reasonable time to finish projects
Overall, ATI did a great job of coordinating the work. They also use quality contractors to do the work.
We have tried not to respond to this for the sake of moving on, but you keep sending this survey. So here you go. The project that was supposed to take 6 wks took 3 years and 2 months. The workers who were placed in our home were unlicensed, unprofessional and unqualified The "plumber" who spoke no English created 2 water leaks (sewer water dripping into the kitchen from an upstairs toilet, and another leak into the garage resulting in water damage) the team installed a fireplace without insulation, left a gaping hole in the the wall, we came home to wide opened doors at 6 pm on multiple occasions, left a dumpster in front of our house for an excessive time period and then had people from other jobs dumping trash in it outside our home, never got a porta potty despite our request, did not put down any preparation for work including: tile drilling, no barriers, no floor or furniture covering. The painting and dry wall was sloppy and needed to be redone 4-5 X in some areas. They removed a cabinet which was supposed to just be refaced and then left a flower pot with holes in the bottom to catch the dripping water under the removed sink. Left it that way for weeks. They installed multiple toilet incorrectly, ordered incorrect parts, had to redo the shower basin secondary to a leak, did not install a p trap and left it opened so sewer gas flowed freely into the bedroom, for months. It took them 4 attempts to install a wine refrigerator as they did not size it correctly. They scratched our floors, trashed our home, did not respond to the leaks for 7 days. The project manager was rude and had no ability to stage and order the materials. Tiles were partially installed with delays due to insufficient quantity The subcontractor "fled the country". The second subcontractor who was going to "drive it home" did not have competent staff and was in way over his head. No one showed up for 8 wks last summer. They installed ¼ inch glass in the showers that was flimsy and below our expectations, then lied and told us that it could not handle anything thicker. Finally after refusing to accept it, somehow thicker glass was installed without difficulty. We ended up receiving a discount, but absolutely insufficient compensation for the poor quality, poor worksmanship, poor service, incompetent staging, safety issues, damages created etc It was literally the worst experience imaginable.
ATI hasn't finished a project they start months ago.
The job isn’t done yet
The worst communication and follow up of any company I have worked with.
From the beginning, there was a lack of communication between ATI, the HOA, Westwind Management and the homeowners. Not all is to blame on ATI. The security was insufficient. My unit was burglarized 2 weeks after the fire. Nick did a Matterport Video, and it wasn't used by the team when finishing the house, because several things were not correct and I had to deal with additional construction while living in my home. I was told, "This is per the plan." My house was sold to me with huge upgrades and additional work that was modified since the construction of the building in 1993. Additionally, the permit process with Xcel was delayed and we had to wait several months before we could get the gas lines done to code, which delayed the C.O. In the beginning, we were told it would take 10-12 month, in reality it took 22 months, and I spent an additional $30K+ in living expenses. Luis lacked attention to detail, left a mess under the stairs in the basement. Ron James was ok to work with. I also was told we had a 2 year warranty, when in fact that was for the people with certain insurances. USAA wasn't on the list, so Michael S told me. I felt the homeowners had zero choice in the matter of selecting a contractor.
Did not restore in a timely manner. Did not communicate and crew was sloppy.
They were quick to respond and very professional. They got everything back to normal.
fast response kind and understanding of the situation, quoted proce was actual price
Fast and friendly service.
I like that you guys are dependable always do a great job and communicate with us during any of our floods about the condition of the unit that it's actually dry And ready to be put back together Everyone on the team is always professional
From the start to the finish has been a terrible experience. Not timely, not prepared, half assed, zero communication, zero punctuality, and just a massive head ache.
Project is still not complete after over a year.
Unprofessional contractors that completed the roofing.
The linoleum floor is not flat, the communication was terrible, the schedule was extended from 2-3 months to ten months for a small remodel. Levi was very nice, but he did not do an effective job of getting our project finished.
ATI is a tale of two cities. The remediation team was prompt, professional, and a pleasure to work with. The repair team was none of those things. I was routinely ignored and disrespected. I would inform the project manager that I was unavailable and people would show up anyway. I never felt like I was valued or my project mattered.
Lack of communication and scheduling. Not all money transactions were stated up front. Then was made held hostage if we did not pay a deposit that i was not told about up front. Cordination on site seamed schetchy. You had differant people each day and my customer had to reorieniate each crew. My customer felt the work was not completed or done as what she remembers being told and what she saw seamed different. My number is 720-971-0995
Job not finished or took short cuts , just received a notice of Lien, with no updated bill!!
Workers were proficient and got the work done perfectly. They worked quietly and didn’’t stand around and converse with each other. They cleaned everything before leaving every day.
They were great during the whole process.
In my opinion, the company bent over backward to help with my problems. It wasn't always fun and good but the outcome was complete and great.
Was a great experience. Easy to work with and when they arrived to get to work it was completed to our liking. I have no complaints.
ATi was chosen when the original contractor failed in their response, so to be fair they had pieces to pick up. They were quick to respond initially and then as the project dragged on they became less responsive. There were several materials mis-orders causing further delays. Every staff member was as professional as expected and respected the site.
They were very responsive initially. There were material availability issues initially. Then, when the wrong size was delivered and I was told it had to be re-ordered and would take another month, I received a delivery 2 days later of the right size. They found it in Colorado Springs. Too bad they didn't check there on the first go round...I thought it took longer than it should have from the date of claim report to the completion. I also involved myself in the process to make sure I received the proper fasteners for the shutters. I initially went through the project manager who said he would take care of it, however, the next day, the crew was spray painting 3" wood screws instead of ordering the fasteners I had researched and offered a link to that matched existing. That was disappointing.
The initial response to the mitigation was superb and well handled by the technicians, who went out of their way to make sure everything was done to my satisfaction. After they left however, a project director with the company arrived and told me all carpeting had to be removed (when only two-three square feet was damaged). The insurance company signed off on a $6000+ claim he entered, I received a check for $1400 from the provider, and all I received after this were excuses and responses an unnamed "third party" was responsible for the holdup. It has been a year now and nothing has happened with this company. Since then, I learned this is a practice utilized before by companies to allegedly defraud both insurance companies and consumers. I was advised by another local company, after they investigated the damage, that all I need is a patch replacement (3 sq ft) of padding and retack of the carpet (which is only two years old), a job costing close to $500-$1000 and maybe takes two hours, but I cannot afford to have them do the work because of the outstanding claim, so the damage in my den remains unrepaired. I would never recommend any company that makes such audacious claims to require every square inch of carpeting in my downstairs level replaced for one small piece of waterlogged padding. Therefore, in spite of the initial work the technicians did to mitigate the water damage, in which I give them top marks, the overall survey is based completely on the lack of follow-up and refusal to engage repairs deemed necessary by my insurance company.
The team has been great.
Work is midstream. I've had good experiences with ATI in the past, but this latest project has been challenging. I find myself wishing for more, and more consistent, communication from the team.
It was a terrible experience.
They wouldn't be the first choice if I had to choose again.
I am very, very pleased, they did a tremendous job downstairs.
American Technologies - Denver and Ryan did a wonderful and corrected the things that came up that needed to be done right away. They have one or two things they are still going to look at that we have to check into and reference on a sprinkler system. They are taking care of all that without issues or problems and are doing a fine job!
Everyone involved seemed very concerned about my problem and were always available if I had questions regarding the work and its progress.
Really, all in all, they did okay. It just took a lot longer than it should've.
We had to continually pull out our project plan as the project manager had no idea where we were at with the project or what was left. He had no idea what painting was needed and said we were complete with our laundry room when all walls needed painted, floorboards needed painted and one floorboard needed replaced.
Quality work, skilled contractors, but scheduling was little bit of a nightmare.
We wanted to do more work with them but we were not happy with their work.
This was really a good experience. High quality work, and they paid attention to details. It looks great.
Mark Neufeld was great to work with. He went out of his way multiple times to help me, and I felt I should share that he is an example of going above and beyond for a customer. I would work with Mark again absolutely.
Because of the time that it took. The quality of work was good, but the timing was not great.
