ATI was sent by my insurance company to dry out an area that needed to be taken care of after a leak was repaired. They brought out the equipment then took it all out knowing that the area was not dry or ready for the floor to be replaced. They pulled out one board (that they said they were not suppose to unless they were doing the restoration). I left messages for the project manager (Lebrente Stevenson) that were never returned. I contacted customer service and Jim Bowman the assistant project manager came to my home and they left the dehumidifier there for a couple of more days and sent a couple of women out who said the floor was still wet but they took out the dehumidifier. Jim Bowman was very nice to deal with - but the floor is still wet so it is not able to be replaced until completely dry. which we are trying to do with large floor fans. They made me feel like I was suppose to pay them but I knew that my insurance company was taking care of that part.
They damaged my master bedroom mirror and expensive china cabinet then lied about seeing a video of it broken before they packed my home. My furniture was 2 years old without a broken mirror and damaged china cabinet. I requested to see the video, but my request was ignored. They want to put a lien on my home for a missing check. My bank doesn’t have a copy of the missing check. I sent them $2000 of the $3900 and they resent an invoice requesting $3900. This is fraud. (My son paid $2000 for me.) I owe them $1900 and not $3900. They are dishonest and untrustworthy. I will never ever recommend this company. Presently, I receive disability income only.
All of the workmen were very conscientious, neat, and accomplish their tasks in a timely manner. We were very happy with the final result.
Staff is always respectful and responds to any situation with a fast response.

repair looked like new construction, not repaired construction.
Communication - I've asked more meetings and call backs to discuss an invoice question and no one will get back to me.
ATI help me to handle all the events after fire accident when I was wondering if I can continue to live a normal life.

Lack of communication and scheduling. Not all money transactions were stated up front. Then was made held hostage if we did not pay a deposit that i was not told about up front. Cordination on site seamed schetchy. You had differant people each day and my customer had to reorieniate each crew. My customer felt the work was not completed or done as what she remembers being told and what she saw seamed different. My number is 720-971-0995
Very happy on the job they did
The lack of communication was significant. One month after the work was supposed to begin, we asked to start it. Then, they work well for about 2 months, and then it was very sporadic for 4 months and came mainly because we call them to continue the work. Some tasks were not done properly and we asked to redo them.Then, we waited for about 2 months to receive a final invoice that was incorrect. Even if they had the information, they asked us to provide them again bills we paid indicating difficulties with paperwork management on their side.
The reason why we did not go lower in our mark is because the final result is beautiful, the company has been flexible and patient with our needs, schedule, and choice of material. They also were responsive once we contacted them. Employees were respectful and professional.
Dealing with this vendor was highly stressful so I would not recommend
I have a couple of items I’m looking to have replaced or more realistically be reimbursed for but other than that, I can’t at all complain about my experience with ATI although I wish they hadn’t suddenly been made to return my things. My stuff had been stored so long that I’d had to replace a lot of it in order to survive in the interim. So we didn’t have anywhere to put a lot of the stuff and I remain surrounded by boxes
I will scream from the highest mountain about how happy I am with the service performed. My home is back to me better than before the sewer leak.
