They did an excellent job.
They're very thorough and very efficient.
Their work was beyond what I expected!
Quality work, skilled contractors, but scheduling was little bit of a nightmare.
I enjoyed working with American Technologies. They did a quality job on my kitchen remodel.
This was the worst company I have worked with. The Laborer's were nice people but their was no Leadership and very little supervision they did not take the proper COVID-19 precautions, or safeguards. They mischarged on the estimates and had to be ask to leave because of the lack of Supervision.Would never refer them to anybody and drafting a complaint to the BBB.
This is one of the most incapable groups of workers I have ever come across. Their work for me had no process or procedures. I cauction anyone working with ATI.
I was pleased with their service.
I am very pleased with ATI. I had a neighbor walk by and say “you would never know anything happened here”. The staff was always friendly and helpful.
We had a foreman and a project manager and American Technologies office. The paperwork was never the same between the three. They did not have to do some work that was in the quote and we could not see where it was taken out of the bill. If it was not for that, I would recommend them.
We had a total disaster. They threw away about 2/3 of my stuff from the warehouse. I sent in a claim and ATI paid in full. It was a titantic screwup. I'll never see those pieces ever again.
I would not recommend this company. They are very hard to deal with. There is no communication. The jobs take forever. They are very irresponsible.
ATI consistently didn't meet their own set deadlines in the process leading up to the start of the work on the water damaged living room wall, which forced me to take the bathroom renovation to another company. I felt I was justified in doing so when the living room wall - a 2-3 day job by their own estimate - took 6 days (not counting the 2 extra days they had to come out to fix problems with their work). When they left after the final time working, there was a gap in the floor between the end of the wood flooring and the baseboard. I had to call to get them to come back out to see the issue and then they had to install a base shield to cover the hole.A few days after that, one of the bulb housings in the ceiling for the cans lights was falling. So again had to call to come back out and fix the issue because of our 11.5 foot ceilings.
Took one year for them to work on two bathrooms. Didn't show up most of the time when scheduled to. When job was finally done, they left us with a cracked bathroom sink, paint all over vanity, doors and door frames, broken front door mechanism, sheetrock dings on stainless steel fridge. The worst company ever!!! Highly Do NOT recomend!! You will be sorry!!!!
They were very courteous and professional. If I needed their services again I would definitely call them.
We wanted to do more work with them but we were not happy with their work.
The response and customer service was excellent.
Do not use American Technologies. Although I only had one experience with them, it was a disaster. The project manager didn't call or show up to our first meeting, and it only got worse from there. I was no-showed several more times and just fed excuse after excuse. When the work was finally done, which took way longer than it should have, it was amateur. There was nothing positive from this experience.
They were good and professional. Just some of the contractors did not follow up like they should have, but everything was done.
I wouldn't recommend them because I had such a hard time with them.
I got many different statements on timing and cost of project.
One of the most unprofessional companies I have ever worked with.
Project management did not meet expectations. The subcontractor's work was, for the most part, very good.
Every worker that came into my house was polite. I have no problems with any of them. They were great.
It took a lot longer than it should have. There were a lot of fires in California at that time so it was tough for them.
GuildQuality partners with it's member companies to survey their customers and collect detailed feedback on their behalf. By administrating surveys as an unbiased third party we ensure that customers have the oppurtunity to express their true feelings about a project and that members get the most accurate and detailed feedback possible.
When a survey contains the "Review" question, that customer's answer will show up on the member's profile page as a public review. Members have the option to turn off reviews but cannot hide individual reviews. It's all or nothing. This means that any reviews you see on a GuildQuality profile page are real comments left by the customer and verified by GuildQuality.
Each item listed under "Customer satisfaction" represents a specific question asked by GuildQuality to customers of American Technologies as part of our survey process. The bar graph and percentage next to the question stand for the percentage of respondents that were "Satisfied" about that particular question.
A customer is considered satisfied about about a question if they answered with 4 or more stars out of 5. For example if the "Communication" question is at 95% satisfaction that means that 95% of survey respondents answered that question with 4 or more stars out of 5 possible stars.More about surveys
