I was told there would be a gift card supplied to us, but there was not. The guy took incorrect measurements, and we hate the bathroom now. There is no way to get out of this.

My mother is in her 80s and wanted grip strips put in the bottom of the shower, so she doesn't slip.
I spoke with someone at the company who said they would install them, but another person told me that they would mail the grip strips to us. My mother wasn't happy about that.

They did a great job, and it was done in about a day.

They don't have qualified people to do the installation. It was a total disaster.

The first guy who came to do the work did not seem like he knew what he was doing at all. It took almost two months to get my bathroom done, and there were a lot of problems. However, they finally gave me two guys to do the job right afterwards.
