We did have some trouble with the size of the tub because they couldn't get it through the door, but they discounted me on the smaller tub.

American Standard's safety tub is a great product as far as safety is concerned. The installers worked with my schedule to get it done quickly before my father returned home. The installers were very good and courteous and did a nice job on the trim as well.

Was kwik to give promp service to sell the product but when service ticket was created, 2weeks before I got a call. Today was supposed to be a visit from tech to repair leak in my toilet but it’s 12:10 pm and I haven’t heard from anyone

We had many companies to give us quotes, I had American Standard come last July to get a quote, we decided to contact them this year to have this company convert our tub to a walk-in shower.

I love our walk in tub. It is wonderful.

I was happy with the work. The guys were very pleasant and worked efficiently. My biggest qualm with it was pricing. The pricing was very steep, but I am satisfied with the job they did.

Problem with shower doors has not been addressed or resolved.

They provided efficient installation and high quality. It was short. They did it one day.

The two young man that work here, sorry I can't remember their names. Very pleasant and very good, hard workers. They kept me updated on everything they touch, remove and replace. We had good conversations, they even talk to my grandson. These young men work very well together. We even shared some tea together. Thank you guys so much for a job well done. What was supposed to be a day or two ended up being a week plus.Very upsetting having my bedroom as well as bathroom tore up.

Everything part of buying this walk in tub has been good and easy! Love it!

I have only used my walk-in tub for about a week and a half and I have a jet out. a light out and the drain plug unit is broken so I have to manually remove the plug to just take a shower. I can't use the whirlpool jets because of having to go under the water to undo the plug. Also, I am disappointed that I was not told how the process works to get parts rep[laced. This came after it occerred. What I understand now is that I have to call in to American Standard. They then order the parts I need replaced (I was not told that). After a week I called American Standard back to let them know I had not been contacted yet. That's when I was told the parts were ordered and I am to call them when I get them. I did that and was told at this time that she would let the service man know the parts came and he will then call me to schedule a time to have the tub repaired. That call was on March 7. I have not heard from the service man as yet. I have not been able to use my tub for the past two and a half weeks. That is disappointing not only to me but to my family as they knew how excited I was to get it.

I would not recommend your tub -it does not come close to meeting my needs and the $23,000 price is way too high for what you get.

They replaced the toilet and did not let me know the flange was bad. We had to replace that after the installation.
