At least one of the technicians was more concerned with google ratings then getting the job done. Overall, they did a good job, but when I did the google rating, the same technician complained that we didn't mention him by name.
Jessie is the upmost professional to get the job done.
I just didn't think they really did any good for me. There was nothing really to be done when they came.

I think the insurance should take care of recommending the company I had no involvement with the company.
Process Explanation - I don't recall a particular conversation about what all was involved.
They had great response time. They were very sympathetic to our situation. They also explained everything well. We are 100 percent happy.

American Resto was highly professional. They assessed damage and were seemingly effortless in the damage control, remediation and after-care. I can't speak highly enough about them.
Additional Comments - The original water damage company put forth by the insurance company never responded, at least in the first two days of fresh water issues. American Restoration jumped in right away when the insurance group contacted them. I'm very happy about that.
The guy who came out to help was soooooo excited and eager. His ethic was on point. The others in the office had no reflection of same. Too bad
