American Home Design is a great company. Eugene Liubimov was very professional and kept the area clean during installation. I'm very happy with how my shower looks and functions. Alex Hullender was a great salesman and spent a sufficient amount of time introducing us to American Home Design.

Absolutely! Without a doubt. My beautiful walk- in shower was completed with two days! The knowledge, care and workmanship of the installation crew is incomparable! The care taken to clean up after removing and replacing the old bathtub, wall tiles, water drain, and debrie was above and beyond the call.
The care and knowledge of the representative was amazing. Our representative was Terry Valencia. Her knowledge, ideas, suggestions, humor (which is my favorite quality) and ability to relate to our vision was phenomenal!
We will, and have shared our experience with others.

These two guys were a great team and communicated well with each other if they needed assistance with something.

The shower was damaged when installed; one panel had large scratches on the bottom under the folding seat where it meets the foot pan. Jason, the project manager came to our home to view the problem and stated he was going to have the panel replaced. This is highly inconvenient and disappointing as my husband is currently disabled and needs the shower. Also we fear that the integrity of the handle, folding seat, and shower curtain when taken off and then reinstalled will be compromised.

We love our patio! We liked the customer service too.

An explanation for the high price would have been more helpful.

The sales experience seemed very pushy. We had to make a decision right then to receive any discounts being offered. This leaves no room to get quotes from other vendors.

The initial visit by the sales rep was good. He explained all details to us well. The installation crew was very prompt and worked hard throughout the day to install our windows. Before leaving, they answered questions and showed us how to work the windows.

It was very good, the only thing was that I had to wait nearly 3 months for the project to start

Installer talked me through the process and showed me items of interest throughout the process based on my previous questions.
They stopped and allowed me to complete installation of squirrel-proof hardware cloth then fiberglass insulation after they tore out the old shower….then they picked back up.

Salesman wanted deposit and after he got it - tail lights was all I saw from him

While the sales pitch is extreme, both times we've had them here, Zach did a great job getting to the point and helping us know what we wanted.
The install team was incredible and the finished product is beautiful and just what we needed.

The price was comparable to other estimates I received. The sales person was very knowledgeable and explained everything. I feel like the materials used were good quality. The installation crew was excellent. They did a great job and were very professional. They arrived on time, kept me informed on the project's progress, and cleaned up well each day before they left. I would definitely use American Home Design for future projects at my home.

The product is beautiful and loved the quick installation.

Felt there were pressure sales tactics used. Once installed we mentioned 2 things we would like to be looked at and we were dismissed as basically that's just the way it is.
