Neutral now the first experience with AHD was good window installation job was completed in a time manner was satisfied with the job. the second experience with door installation was as expected. I felt the work was not professional and issues do resolve after Mutiple visits.

Chris brown did a superb job on our shower. We are thrilled with the results. Not only do we now have a safe shower to use, but it added to the upgraded looks and quality of our home.

I could have gotten this project done for less, and AHD does too. That's why they start trying to manage cost expectations from the moment the sales presentation starts. Having said that, I am happy to have gotten the quality results that I did.

Overall experience was very positive. Only disappointment was in the high level quality expectations that were set during the sales discussion and what actually ended up being installed. Good quality, but not quite the "top of the line" level expectations that were set but failed to materialize.

I've had American Home Design install a walk-in tub, a new shower and last week new windows. From there salesalesman to the installer I couldn't have ask for nicer people. The salesman was very knowledgeable and answered all of my questions. There was only one installer and he did a fantastic job. He cleaned up after himself and even cleaned the windows. I would recommend American Home Design to everyone who needs something updated to give them a call.

Great communication, clean, efficient, very informative on what they would doing and the processes that were taking place. There were a few unexpected items that needed to be fixed once they go the old shower out and they jumped through hoops to make sure that the pieces needed where found and obtained to get the job completed in a timely manner.
