We have a specific grid that had to be created to match our other windows and they did a fantastic job. As a result we reached out to them again to replace the remaining 18 windows. They came in and the crew installed all of them in one day. You would never know they were here. They were respectful and knowledgeable. I would highly recommend them.

The process was easy, everyone I spoke to was helpful, and you did a good job of letting me know what to expect.

The contact with the employees of the Aluminum Company of NC was great, from the sales people, project managers and general workers. They were professional in all interactions and left the residence better than when they arrived.

Additional Comments - I researched six companies for the doors, and Aluminum Company was the only one that offered no money down, until after the project was completed, and we were satisfied. That means they stand behind their work and do quality work. They are financially solid, and they don't need my money to float the job until it is done. One company wanted 50% before they would schedule it. Compared to the Aluminum Company with no money down until we install, which is quite a contrast. When I think of the projects like the garage door, I am not looking around because Dallas will give me a good price, and even if I change my mind, I get a fast response, and I get what I want and a fair price. I heard the radio ad, and they were definitely on my list. They were as good as they sound.

I would recommend Aluminum Company to any one who asked. We had excellent customer service from day one until our project was completed.

I would recommend Aluminium Company to anyone who is looking to replace their door and windows. I interviewed 8 Windows companies and Aluminum Company stand by far for their quality of windows but also for their expertise in the installations and price point. They were referred by us by a friend from our family.
One our the contractor company that we interviewed even recommended Aluminium company as our existing windows/ house structure would require some expertise that most of the companies out there do not have. The contractor company didn’t want to offer to replace our windows because how complex our house was. He mentioned that the project could quickly turned into a nightmare if it’s not done correctly. He was actually right. One of our neighbor who has the same house shared with us that they replaced their windows last year and the experience had just been stressful with a lot of frustration. The company that they hired had to come back to replace their new windows as it was not well installed first. It took several weeks for them to finish the job.

We were pleased by Aluminium company from the beginning of the sales process to end of the project. Dallas who gives us a quote was courteous and patient with us. We had several ideas on the style of the windows and French door we wanted and he helped us find the best option based on our house, the amount of direct sun we have and our budget.
once we signed the contract, we were amazed on how smooth everything went after that! The project manager and office assistant gave us recurrent updates on the order of the windows and door and always provided prompt response to my questions. By week 5, the first crew came to replace our back door with a French door. It took them 4 hours to install it. They were friendly and respectful. The next crew came a day later to replace our 12 windows. We moved every furnitures from the windows but were surprised and pleased that they spent most of the time outside to remove and replace our windows. It took them two days and a half to finish the project. They were meticulous and took the time they need for each window to be correctly installed. Lastly, we appreciate how clean both Crews were with their installation and how respectful they were with our house.

We were nervous at first from taking the step of replacing our windows/ back. It’s a major investment that we were unsure if we would see a return of investment but we are already seeing a difference with the noise reduction and from the heat coming inside! Our house looks more modern. We are confident that this is bringing value to our house.
