The knowledge that Ryan has regarding roof replacement was incredible. He showed exactly how and what was needed replacing and what products were recommended.

Once the project was on the schedule the work was started and completed quickly and professionally. Every person from initial contact to the finish of the 3rd of 3 projects were informative, kind, professional and explained everything in a way we could fully understand the process and what needed to be done. The window wasn't a match. Its bigger looks like they built up the frame with 1x8's around the frame. Frame color doesnt match the house, took 8 weeks to show up. On top of that I lost the window spacing inside the house now I have to paint tje window, buy new blinds. Just frustrating

You can always find someone to underbid an established contractor. What you pay for is the fact that they are established; cheap does not last. There is a reason All States is one of the first names that come to mind when I need help.

Logan was our representative and "go to" person he attended several meetings with us and brought samples of the different products to be installed and explained exactly what functions they performed his knowledge and sincerity was a major factor in awarding the contract to All States versus other competitors Always ask for Logan!!!!!!

The employees worked diligently to reshingle my roof and shed and cleaned up the yard efficiently. I am a repeat customer, and I have been pleased with their products and warranties.

Maybe but with conditions. I called the office 5-6 times with questions throughout waiting for my project to begin, left a message, yet no one returned my calls. Eventually I tried to stopping by the office… some help, but questions still pending.

I still haven’t received ANY updates on my missing storm door. Or the sliding glass door.
