The office staff was never the same.

I request someone to actually meet me at my home. Not drive away when I pull up in the drive.

Confusion over shingle type and lack of any effort to mitigate the confusion. Thought I was getting impact resistant shingles, which saves a lot on insurance. Got a grade 2 shingle. When trying to sort this out, received two emails stating I had impact resistant shingles, then later got a telephone call stating that I has opted for nonimpact resistant shingles. No sort of compensation was ever offered, even though All State continuously offers various specials such as no interest for 12 months, discount on materials, etc. Will note that I went ahead and paid as invoiced within days of receiving the invoice.

Communication was poor. However the working crew was fantastic and Luis explained things well. I don’t know how the crew is paid, but it probably isn’t sufficient. Hard working pleasant and no disagreements. The crew including Luis went above and beyond.

We have used them when we replaced the siding on our house and now our new roof. Very satisfied with both jobs!

First I appreciate that a very good job was done. Secondly, I appreciate friendly and cooperative people that worked on the job, especially the supervisor Also appreciated a good clean up when the job was finished. The cleanup was done as the job was done I am very happy with this project.

The knowledge that Ryan has regarding roof replacement was incredible. He showed exactly how and what was needed replacing and what products were recommended.

Once the project was on the schedule the work was started and completed quickly and professionally. Every person from initial contact to the finish of the 3rd of 3 projects were informative, kind, professional and explained everything in a way we could fully understand the process and what needed to be done. Good cleanup with minimal disruption to the tenants.

The window wasn't a match. Its bigger looks like they built up the frame with 1x8's around the frame. Frame color doesnt match the house, took 8 weeks to show up. On top of that I lost the window spacing inside the house now I have to paint tje window, buy new blinds. Just frustrating

Very efficient roofing to home and garage done in a day

Very quick with the removal and install and cleaned up well after work was completed.

You can always find someone to underbid an established contractor. What you pay for is the fact that they are established; cheap does not last. There is a reason All States is one of the first names that come to mind when I need help.

Logan was our representative and "go to" person he attended several meetings with us and brought samples of the different products to be installed and explained exactly what functions they performed his knowledge and sincerity was a major factor in awarding the contract to All States versus other competitors Always ask for Logan!!!!!!

All-States acted virtually as the General Contractor for my project. My home needed new siding, windows, doors, paint, and guttering so there were separate crews involved in each aspect.

Chad, the sales person, was very helpful in keeping me informed for each stage of the installation.

All States Home Improvement provided me with several options in my consideration to reshingle my roof. Their employees were courteous and knowledgeable. The employees worked diligently to reshingle my roof and shed and cleaned up the yard efficiently. I am a repeat customer, and I have been pleased with their products and warranties.

Maybe but with conditions. I called the office 5-6 times with questions throughout waiting for my project to begin, left a message, yet no one returned my calls. Eventually I tried to stopping by the office… some help, but questions still pending.

I still haven’t received ANY updates on my missing storm door. Or the sliding glass door.

The cost is higher than most competitors. But the work was well done

A couple of my neighbors have also used All States, and their new windows look great. Mine was a siding job, and the crew did a splendid job on the north side of the house and in a couple of smaller areas on the front. Very satisfied.

I don't have anyone that I would recommend for home improvement. They all rent and do not need home improvement services.

Mitch and son who did the windows were great. Our salesperson, Randy left the company mid completion of the project and we didn't have anyone assigned to keep us updated and to express our concerns about the siding and when the house would be painted. Randy did stop by a few times to see how things were going, but he didn't work for company anymore.

All States Home Improvement's customer service and follow-up are great. The work is of high quality. Everyone that was here from All States Home Improvement was courteous and professional.

We had put off home repairs for too long and consequently needed to replace siding, roofing, and guttering all at the same time. All States Home Improvement did a great job with our project and we are very happy with the results.

Lack of communication.

I believe All States handles excellent products and do them all justice with there installation. From Sales to the Installation Crew, they were all professional and did what they said they would in a timely fashion. They operate with an old fashioned work ethic that takes care of their customer.

All States Exteriors is an absolute joy to work with, everyone is professional, and their work is top notch. All work done in a timely manner. Definitely will invite them back to do other work.
