The lack of communication ruined my experience. There are some things that fell through cracks. The salesperson didn't turn in the order before he got fired.

The finished project is attractive and I know of no problems with the construction.

Overall, I am super happy with what they did, but it was just a bummer.

I promptly paid my bill with ALL Exteriors. What I didn't know was that the supplier, Arrow Builders, was going to keep sending me legal notices of intent to file a lien on my residence because ALL Exteriors had not paid their bill with Arrow Builders. When I got the quote, I was told they could repair my roof in about 6 weeks. That ended up being more like a YEAR! The initial quote must not have been accurate, since they sent out two other individuals at a later time to recheck what had to be done. Although maybe after a YEAR they needed to be reminded. I would rather not use them again.

I am very satisfied, 100% satisfied. They did lack a bit in communication, I would've liked a heads up before the install. But the workmanship and quality are great, I highly recommend them.

After coming off a remodel job (contractor recommended from known source) that is over 9 months behind I was a bit torn with moving ahead with All Exteriors after reading the reviews. I’m glad I went ahead with the project, every body that we worked with Stefan, Heather, Ashleigh, Dan and George did an excellent job of making this project successful. Our house was not an easy project it’s not a typical structure. They did a great job and we love it. It’s very hard to decide things based off references, we had a solid reference for our remodel (not All Exteriors) and that has been a nightmare. We had a concern with the reviews for All Exteriors but have had a great experience. So you never know how it will go but we have learned you need to be flexible with projects so many things can put them off track.

The All Exteriors crew arrived at our home and quickly set-up to make the necessary gutter and cap parts needed for our job. The installation crew arrived at the same time and carefully set up ladders and planking to complete the installation of 4 gutter sections (one about 50 foot long) quickly and safely. The gutters look great and worked well in a recent rain storm. Thanks All Exteriors for a Great Job at a reasonable price.

They did a nice job. They did resolve an issue we had and it was satisfactory.

I think it's a quality product and a trustworthy company.

We arranged to have our gutters replaced in late fall. All Exteriors kept me informed throughout the winter about when our gutter replacement would occur. Their communication was excellent and the gutter replacement was done with care to make sure the water would flow down to the collection spouts.

At this point, I cannot recommend All Exteriors. I will wait to see how everything is resolved.

The salesman Alex was very professional and helpful in showing me what products were available. The best part was that he didn't pressure me into buying a certain product, he simply showed me the pros and cons of each option. Eric the installer was very professional and did an amazing job way faster than I thought possible. He answered any questions I had during the process and made sure I was happy with everything when he was complete.

The gutters we had installed look very nice! The installation crew was friendly, professional and cleaned up the site upon completion. One of the downspouts installed was not as described at the time of purchase. I attempted to contact someone from All Exteriors to discuss the change and it took them three weeks to return my phone calls after leaving five messages. They also were not willing to adjust the price based on the change in the downspout, which is now very visible.

I had the K-Guard gutter system installed on all of my home. It is very expensive, but I think it is the best covered-gutter system on the market. All of the old gutters were taken off and taken away and the K-Guard system was installed. The installation crew was great to deal with. They were clean and efficient in the process. My only complaint is that it took 3 months from the time I signed the contract to the date of installation of the gutters. When I signed the contract, I was told that I could expect to have the gutters installed in about 6 weeks. I was kept informed by mail twice, that All Exteriors hadn't forgotten about us, but was not informed about the installation date. My wife had to call to see when our gutters would be installed and coincidentally, the materials were delivered that same day. I just wish that the gutters would have been installed sooner so that I could give them a more fair and thorough review of how they performed during our wet fall season.

Working with All Exteriors was an extremely disappointing experience for us in the replacement of our fascia and gutters. Communication was incredibly poor, entire project dragged on and on with no communication as to why, workmanship was average and job site was left with numerous pieces of material and nails all over our yard. Initial order was wrong and it was a painful experience to get it corrected, which included being threatened with the entire bill being sent to collections before the project was complete.

I was excited to work with this company! Unfortunately things did not go as well as planned. After reading the reviews it seems as if there are two crews and one gets things done and the other not as much. I had to consistently ask for updates and what I thought was being fixed actually wasn’t fixed. At one point they said they didn’t know what exactly they were fixing. Now I’m in a wait and see with my roof. Bummer!
