Additional Comments - I am from out of their service area, yet they came in less than 24 hours. I was devastated; our house is only 5 years old. They removed all of the damaged carpet, padding, sheetrock, etc., treated for mold/mildew, put fans and dehumidifiers in place, then returned and made sure everything was dry before they removed their equipment. They did not do the re-build, only because they were obligated to other clients further out than I wanted to wait, but they could NOT have done a better job with their part of this process. My house has no musty smell whatsoever... Everything looks absolutely perfect. Thank you All-Clean, I really appreciate what you did for us.

I think they are a very good company. The employees are dependable, professional and very kind. They are considerate to you and what's going to be comfortable for you.

When my house flooded and I tried to call, there was no way for me to get in contact with anybody because it was an automated thing that was not working. They were supposed to have come and done whatever they did and bring blowers and some more stuff, but that didn't happen. My adjuster had to be the one to reach out for them to call me back. That was days later.
