They were done on a Friday, and he told me they would come out on Monday and pick up all their equipment. I told him that Monday was a holiday and he stated that wasn't a problem; they would still be out. They came on that day, just like he said they would and removed their equipment, even though it was a national holiday.

When they got here, they stated that they couldn't do the job. We called All Clean USA in the afternoon. They told us they had an opening and were here right when they told us they would be. I really couldn't be more pleased with them. From start to finish, they did what they said they would do. All Clean USA was excellent.

They are a professional company that came to my aid when I needed them. They treated my items with care and were quick to respond to my needs. They helped recover my home and I greatly appreciate them and how responsive they were in helping me through the process.

They answered questions that helped guide me to what I needed to do to recover my home and followed up when I would run into a challenge with my insurance or construction. They helped with water mitigation questions. Jeff always answered and responded. He made sure I was taken care of. He followed up to make sure everything was complete and to check on me and make sure my home was recovered. They went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of. I'm sure they would do that for all of their customers.
