Tech was on site for approx. 10 min. In a rush, always had service plan. Even thou I had a $25 discount on the service plan, decided to wait. Never had issues before.

I would recommend replacing the window. sealing or adding any aftermarket seals would most likely sacrifice operation

What causes large gaps between window frames and the brick of my home? It looks like someone tried to caulk it previously, but it just pulled away again.
