Oleg Dascaliuc examined our home after a hail storm damaged the roof and windows in June 2019. He got the roof replaced quickly and made sure everything was done correctly. Oleg and the the Advantage team were especially helpful in dealing with our insurance company regarding the window replacement. His efforts helped convince the insurance company to pay for full replacement windows. Although this took time, we couldn’t be happier with the results as the sub contractors for the windows were personal, professional and respectful. Oleg made sure they had everything for an easy install. After the window replacement we decided to get bids on new siding. We chose Oleg’s bid from Advantage because the price was right and we were pleased with the roof and windows. He was very helpful advising us on trim location, listening, and explaining the process. He co-ordinated everything. The workmanship was outstanding and we couldn’t be more pleased. I would recommend Advantage Construction to anyone without any reservation.

After a change in sales personnel, everything went smoothly. Job was done on time within original estimate. No issues.
Bushes were crushed as the crew was not careful. It took ten months for light plates. The trim on the garage windows do not match the rest of the house. We were not told that would happen and were not given a solution. I understand why it was done that way but it does not look good.

We went from the insurance company paying nothing to paying $37,000 in storm damages. The process took time but Advantage Construction didn't give up pursuing my claim. THANKS!
The original quote did not match. It was almost 10% off the final. The fact that I have to pay $1200 more than I was quoted. The fascia trim pieces had edges where water could get in them. I had them come back out and it took 3 weeks. I'd rather the job be done right the first time.
They were awesome! They walked through everything, answered all my questions. They were there when they said they would be and did what, they said they would do. The crew was super friendly and respectful and it turned out great!

It is taking forever for the complete process. The roof has been done over a month now, and they still haven't gotten final payment from insurance or anything like that. It has taken them over a month to file the final paperwork, so insurance hasn't released the final check yet.
I already have recommended them to 3 or 4 neighbors. They've been great.
