The installation was excellent, and also the staff. It is a beautiful product and excellent service.

biggest complaint is the price. Most people we know wouldn't be able to afford, and we think we likely overpaid. Also sales person made us believe the. ew patio/sliding door would be super easy to open/close, but it is very heavy.

We were sold on window characteristics that weren’t available for the windows that were installed, it was the entire reason we went with the company, the job was never finished.

Everyone was knowledgeable, professional, and had expertise with the product and installation. The windows themselves are by far the best product compared to other windows with an awesome warranty and extremely competitive. Definitely the best price for quality of product and the windows will make my home more energy efficient to heat and cool. The windows ar tightly sealed…noe drafts and make my house look newer.

Good job with quality windows

I had an issue with the sales team not communicating to the installation team. They told me they would match the trim on some of my older windows and it wasn’t done and that is really disappointing because now my windows don’t match from the curb.

They're good windows, and it was a good installation. It was fine.

Everyone was great to work with. They were always available when we had questions.

Highly recommend to all for Windows and as a Company in general … I have never been more impressed with any contractor in the past 25 years of renovating my “ this old house”

They were professional. The installation guys did everything in a timely manner. They were kind and polite. They left everything clean and in the same state that it was prior to them coming.

Very dissatisfied with the 11 windows we got for $19,000.00. The appearance inside our home made no improvement from how it was prior.

I was very satisfied with the way Advanced Window Systems handled the project. I previously had gotten a whole house of windows by them, and I was very happy with those windows and the service that came with it. My salesman, Levius, was very helpful, good, and attentive. Also, the installer, Mario, was very good. He came the first time and put all the windows in the house. The second time was more of a specialty thing for Advanced Windows Systems because I don't think it is normal for them to come in and just do one window. I was replacing my siding about 2-3 years after I did my windows, so I ordered just one window. I kind of took them by surprise, but once they were on board, they were straight forward, there were zero problems, and it was effortless on my part. Levius took the bull by the horns and brought me to the finish line with Mario installing the window. I was very happy that they could accommodate me in that kind of unusual situation for themselves.

I would highly recommend AWS. Our windows look great and are so easy to clean. The installation was very well done and efficient. We are looking forward to the energy savings we will have this winter while enjoying our beautiful view!
