Jack Figuly, Customer Service Representative, did not pressure me but answered all my questions and provided me with literature. Once the decision was made he followed through and stayed in contact through completion. Installers were very professional, hard working and polite. Work was scheduled and on time. I had a minor sealant problem with one window. Jack followed up with the operations director and the issue was taken care of within two days. At this point I am very satisfied.

We liked the transparency of the company and had a great experience for the estimate. We are extremely happy with the quality of our windows and our bay window.

Quality and service is the best!

The installers were on time and completed their work effeciently and within 8 hours. They clean up thoroughly before they left. They reespected our home and placed mats on the floors where they were working. They were always courtious and friendly.

Some of the windows were not measured correctly and had a big gap under them that had to be filled with foam. Which I did not want! Installers were good but very sloppy left saw dust on my deck and screws all over that my dog almost swallowed and we almost ran over one!

Accommodating to our specific need

Excellent communication. Josh, our sales person was extremely knowledgeable and seemed to truly enjoy his job. Mario, our installer, was very polite and managed to finish the job (16 windows) within 2 days. He had help for part of day 1, but that was it. Very impressed!

Absolutely the best quality windows around! Just beware of the (almost 2 hr) long presentation the day they come out to book/measure for your project.

There were three guys on our window installation, all were nice and hard workers. They finished quicker than was planned and they cleaned up after themselves. Runners were used on the floors as well as drop cloths under the area in which they were working. Even protective cloths on our beds. All were respective of our home.
