Product was a tad pricey. An salesmen was suppose to come back after installation. I guess to see the completed work an to see if we were satisfied. But he never came back over.

The quality of the material was great! The two men were awesome! They were very friendly, professional. They were very considerate of my home…answering any and every question I had. Very pleased with them.👍🏼

Outstanding workmanship

We did not receive the correct screens at the time of install, we had to reschedule to get the correct screens and at the rescheduled date one of the screens they brought did not fit because they sent the wrong size and we are still waiting for that screen to be made and of course,once it is finally ready we will have to reschedule again to have it installed.

The windows are great, removal and installation was quick, but the workers destroyed my azalea plants and the windows were very expensive.

We are totally satisfied with the work from start to almost finished. Excellent customer service.

Jeff , our installer was great. He has installed alot of our windows inthe past and they all work great.

I was happy with their work, everything they did, and everything looked good, except one window where the screen wasn't fitting solidly on the bottom of the window. It was teetering. We asked the person that did the work before he left and he turned around and said, "give it time; the window will settle in and the screen will flow into it". After researching, I found that to be not true at all. I'm not happy with that.

biggest complaint is the price. Most people we know wouldn't be able to afford, and we think we likely overpaid. Also sales person made us believe the. ew patio/sliding door would be super easy to open/close, but it is very heavy.

We were sold on window characteristics that weren’t available for the windows that were installed, it was the entire reason we went with the company, the job was never finished.

Everyone was knowledgeable, professional, and had expertise with the product and installation. The windows themselves are by far the best product compared to other windows with an awesome warranty and extremely competitive. Definitely the best price for quality of product and the windows will make my home more energy efficient to heat and cool. The windows ar tightly sealed…noe drafts and make my house look newer.

Good job with quality windows

I had an issue with the sales team not communicating to the installation team. They told me they would match the trim on some of my older windows and it wasn’t done and that is really disappointing because now my windows don’t match from the curb.

They're good windows, and it was a good installation. It was fine.

They were professional. The installation guys did everything in a timely manner. They were kind and polite. They left everything clean and in the same state that it was prior to them coming.
