The process from sales to measuring to install was done professionally and to satisfaction. The window installation team was awesome.

When I bought the windows with the sales rep he told me that I would hear about scheduling install of the windows once they came in from the manufacturer and that that would most likely be in in November. When I still hadn't heard anything by December I reached out to see what the hold up was and it was right away that they scheduled the install. It made it seem like they had the windows in but I had just been skipped for scheduling and the windows had been sitting.

The windows are fantastic. The installation was smooth and any hiccups we had with the ordering process were handled professionally by the sales team. The only flaw with the process is the mobile application. It really needs to recognize multiple accounts instead of the one account linked during initial inquiry.
