Good afternoon Mark,

I feel I needed to reach out to you regarding your companies services to my home. While the work was exemplary and I had been recommending your company to many of my customers and friends I am now going to have to rethink my comments. When your sales rep came to my home I had already had several other contractors visit. I discussed with him how uncomfortable I was with the “ hard sell” that I had been getting. He seemed to understand and explained that AWS was unlike other companies. They would not give me a highball quote and then offer multiple hoops for me to jump through to qualify for “discounts”. As we progressed in the process I was presented a quote which was quite a bit higher than others I had received but I Liked the product and the “forthrightness” of your rep, Alex. I stated that I was willing to move forward based on the availability of option 1 for 0% interest for the time thru 11/2025 or 1 year. Now that the job has been completed and I have received a statement from your finance company I see that the rate of my loan was processed based on option 2 which was never part of our discussion. If I was turned down for option 1 I would have financed through my own credit union. I was never told that I was denied and the finance company has stated that the representative never submitted for the 0% option. While I now see that it was my error in missing the rate on paperwork I received I also was never told that there was an issue in my initial request for the Option 1 payment plan. I will be moving the funding to another account shortly and paying a transfer fee. Again my bad for expecting what I asked for or at least to have it applied for and denied if necessary so that I reviewed my options. Based on this experience I feel I need to point out that the work done was great and I had planned to work with you company on future projects once the windows were paid for I I’ll not feel comfortable doing so nor recommending your company to family, friends, or customers of mine. Ahead of time on ordering and install was super fast and well done by hardworking, polite folks!

The work was done efficiently, the lead was personable. Any problems incoumtered after the installation was completed were handled within a day. The windows are themselves are of good quality and worth the money paid. The inside trim work was done with precision.
The three other workers only spoke Spanish so I couldn’t tell if they were having problems with the job. They all did a good job as far as o could tell without getting on the ladders to see what they were doing on the outside

The quality of the windows is excellent, as was the quality of workmanship in the installation.

This is the 2nd time I used AWS for windows. Both time was an amazing experience. Professional and knowledgeable employees from the gentleman that came out to give me my quote, the office person setting up my appt for installation and the gentleman that came to install my windows. He was on time, very pleasant and he made sure everything was covered so no damage to my house. He also cleaned and vacuum my kitchen before leaving.
