The quality of the windows is excellent, as was the quality of workmanship in the installation.

This is the 2nd time I used AWS for windows. Both time was an amazing experience. Professional and knowledgeable employees from the gentleman that came out to give me my quote, the office person setting up my appt for installation and the gentleman that came to install my windows. He was on time, very pleasant and he made sure everything was covered so no damage to my house. He also cleaned and vacuum my kitchen before leaving.

The sales person was informative with the product. However, as I found out the day the window's were being installed I ,according to the contract was to get a permit for the town. Because I was dealing with the sudden illness of my husband who had to be hospitalized, i never got it. That is something that caused the town to come to the worker and threaten to stop the installation. If the installer asked me if I got the permit before he began I would have avoided this problem. The sales person called me when the town was at my door and offered to help me file the paperwork online and pay for the work permit. When the staff from the firm called me 2 times to tell me the date for the work to begin that would have reminded me as well.

My experience was 100% positive. Everyone I dealt with at AWS was personable and professional. The 3 day job was finished on time and they did a great job with cleanup.

Dave, Christian and the other young man (sorry I forgot his name!) were absolutely phenomenal! They worked so quickly, quietly and very efficiently. They are respectful of the property, cleaned as they went and are very kind. The professionalism of this company is outstanding. Cannot wait for the siding to start! Andrea

I was very satisfied. They are courteous and professional. The man in charge was helpful and courteous. They cleaned everything to a satisfactory condition and left the property the way they found it.

The service was absolutely wonderful. They were very quick and efficient. They cut the time they were supposed to take to do the windows in half. Everyone was so polite, and it seemed like they were a small business by the way they were conducting business, even though they were not.

This is my second time with advanced, I did 4 or 5 windows initially about 5 years ago, so I just finished up putting the rest of the windows in, so this was my second time using them. I was pleased.

Wow!!! We should have done it sooner! We had our front entry door with storm replaced yesterday and can’t even say enough good things once again about your company but better yet about your installer “Rafal”!!! Punctual, professional, informative throughout the process, meticulous, cleaned up like you never even knew he was here. He took the time to ask opinions on things like trim and where we wanted the hold open piston set. This is our second big experience with AWS as we had all windows replaced by them in 2005 and what a difference both aesthetically as well as economically smart for heat and a/c retention. From the initial phone call and then to the salesman coming and going over all our options, to the follow up calls and final install the whole process was seamless! Highly recommend this company!

From the beginning of the 1st sales call until our windows were installed almost everything was flawless. The one issue we did have was corrected quickly. My hope is that the siding installation will be just as good.

If someone is looking to invest in newer windows, I would recommend Advanced Window Systems. They have a quality product and good service.

The installers, Dave and Christian were on time, very professional and organized. They installed 7 windows in one day and at the end of the day , you would have never known they were here except for the great new windows! They even vacuumed the outside work area they used! Would definitely recommend them

Would make recommendations because the window quality are great. However, I would tell people to stay on top of the individual installing the windows.

My experience with salesman/project specialist, Kelly O’Keefe was all encompassing. All recommendations were thoughtful to my home style and he made the financing paperwork an ease. I would promote his knowledge and tell any future persons interested in meeting with an AWS representative to welcome Kelly in for your consultation.
