biggest complaint is the price. Most people we know wouldn't be able to afford, and we think we likely overpaid. Also sales person made us believe the. ew patio/sliding door would be super easy to open/close, but it is very heavy.

We were sold on window characteristics that weren’t available for the windows that were installed, it was the entire reason we went with the company, the job was never finished.

Everyone was knowledgeable, professional, and had expertise with the product and installation. The windows themselves are by far the best product compared to other windows with an awesome warranty and extremely competitive. Definitely the best price for quality of product and the windows will make my home more energy efficient to heat and cool. The windows ar tightly sealed…noe drafts and make my house look newer.

Good job with quality windows

I had an issue with the sales team not communicating to the installation team. They told me they would match the trim on some of my older windows and it wasn’t done and that is really disappointing because now my windows don’t match from the curb.

They're good windows, and it was a good installation. It was fine.

Everyone was great to work with. They were always available when we had questions.

They were professional. The installation guys did everything in a timely manner. They were kind and polite. They left everything clean and in the same state that it was prior to them coming.

Very dissatisfied with the 11 windows we got for $19,000.00. The appearance inside our home made no improvement from how it was prior.
