I was away when they installed the roof. The project manager called me to keep me informed and was very pleasant and professional. They did a wonderful job cleaning up around the perimeter, and from what I saw, everything was done very professionally and very well. Extremely professional team. Jose was outstanding. He was able to accommodate my hectic schedule, he not only worked past the normal 8hr work day / work hours, he come out on weekends.
Unlike the other two Companies. I got quotes from. Jose took the extra time to actually go up on the Roof to complete my estimation. He was the only company that Identified major Damage to my heating system chimney. Using His experience and Networking with other contractors in the area. Jose recommended another Professional contractor (Denommee Plumbing HVAC... also Highly recommended). Jose coordinated ALL logistics between Denommee insuring Chimney repairs the day prior to starting the roof replacement. He did all this with less than a two week notice.
Of the three major contractor's roof replacement quotes. Adam Valliancourt Roofing(AVR) was by far the Best Value. I was able to get high quality Gutters for less that the cost of the other companies Roof only Quotes! These are not Cheap gutters they are High quality, just like ALL the 50yr roofing system AVR installs.

I could not ask for a better experience or roof. Absolutely delighted with job.

Jose was wonderful explaining everything with our roof

We went with Vaillancourt as they are local, had a good reputation, and were recommended by friends. We were impressed with how quickly the job was completed. The crew appeared to be organized and worked hard. We were told a crew would return in the future to do an additional clean up around the grounds. We were also told if any of the shingles do not lay flat, they can take are of that on their return visit.
A few days later upon closer inspection, we started identifying some issues. Black markings were left on our deck, and 3 different areas on our siding. We were told that the project manager will look at the deck on his return visit. We also found a roofing nail shot from a nail gun in one of our vinyl siding panels, unacceptable. Someone had to have know that this happened. This will be pointed out to the project manager upon his return. I hope more care was taken on actually doing the roof shingling.
As far as recommending Vaillancourt to others, unknown at the point until some issues are reviewed with the project manager.

Recently had asphalt shingle roof installed by Adam Vaillancourt. Great experience. Project Manager on site (Justin) was very attentive to all aspects of the job and was clearly focused on assuring customer satisfaction. Actual production crew (installers) were very hard working and also very attentive to customer satisfaction. Would highly recommend Adam Vaillancourt.
