Quality Of Workmanship - They paid close attention to small details, which really means a lot. Seams and joints done in such a way to keep them watertight and/or channel water away to protect the structure underneath. We have had tons of compliments from people all around our neighborhood already and it's only been a few weeks.

Design - We feel like we have a brand new house every time we pull into the driveway.

Likes & Dislikes - I like my new bathroom the most. I don't like my kitchen because I want to redo it. It is on the list. They have done my living room, bedroom, and now my bathroom.

Recognized Excellence - I would like to recognize Ron, the foreman, that did most of the work. He kept me in the loop of what all they were doing, what I was getting, and what was needed. I really appreciated that he was so open in communication with me.

Areas For Improvement - It wasn't something they could control, but I communicated with them last March that I wanted it done, and it just now got done. I know it was not in their realm of being in their control because of the pandemic. I would have liked for it to be done quicker, but fully understand them not being able to do it until now.

They did what they needed to do, were very knowledgeable in what they were doing, and made sure everything that could be in stock was, so we wouldn't have any hold-ups waiting on things to be delivered.

Additional Comments - They were nice, friendly and went right on working even with my four-year-old going in the room. They gave him a shirt with their logo on it, because he kept giving them tools, thinking he was helping. The workers were good sports about it.

Area For Improvement - Not sure what else could have been done. Considering at least a third of our house damage, it was 98 days from damage to repair.

Area Of Satisfaction - Our claim adjuster was compassionate and professional and on the job. She put us in touch with ACC construction, after the initial estimate and approval process, the work progressed daily. Even with the material shortages they experienced, they were able to procure necessary materials. It was 98 days between claim and finished repair. All things considered that was really an excellent response time.

Types of work - Had a water line break, damaged at least 1/3 of our home. It was a huge job, we had no floors, no ceiling and no interior walls. They completed in 28 days.

He built a new bottom for it and closed off an area where pests can come through, and he did it on site. If I ever need work again, I would definitely want Ron and his crew to come and do the work.

Additional Comments - I was pleased with it. It was a lot of hard work, but they stayed on task and worked very hard. They got everything finished in one day. I didn't think they would be able to do it all in one day, but they did. They respected our pets and weren't bothered by them barking. The crew was also very careful with my belongings and put them back where they belonged when they finished.
