Be very leary and make sure everthing is done according to what they were contracted to do before paying them a penny. Inspect everything as it goes along. Don't take for granted that what you're paying for is what you're getting.

Bone dry is unorganized. The work was delayed, still not completed. They did not complete the work as written in the proposal so I am waiting for them to come back. The info and pricing model I got was different depending on who I spoke to.

Is a contractor responsible for returning things to their rightful state even if its out of the scope of their contract?
