My experience with Wood Windows was great! From the initial consultation to the quote to scheduling to the installation to the follow-up replacement that was needed when one of the Milgard windows arrived scratched, I am very pleased with the service I received. The windows have made a tremendous difference with the comfort inside my house, and I'm happy that I decided to use Wood Windows. I highly recommend their service.

I would not recommend Wood Windows. The doors that were installed have several problems: one door is crooked, hardware on front door is slanted, one door is extremely difficult to open and close, siding was damaged when one door was removed, pet door was installed backwards, windows on one door has overspray.


When we had them install windows we had one dropped from the second story, which left glass all over our back patio and yard.

They did great work.

Jen was prompt and communicative during our project. The installers were on time, very pleasant and completed the project, cleaned up and made sure we were happy.

From the very beginning working with Steven to the completion of work at our house with Dustin, Wood Windows showed care and focus on our project like it was their very own home. The communication from the very beginning was superb, and both Steven and Dustin helped us understand our options as it's not every day as a homeowner that you replace and upgrade your windows. When it came to schedule and cost, Steven communicated everything well and the project hit its timelines from the very start. As for in-field execution and quality, Dustin is arguably the best carpenter I have ever worked with. He was incredibly kind, communicative and his attention to quality was top notch. All the crew members treated our home like their own. At the end of the day, the window upgrade was seamless and has added significant quality to our home.

I’ve had several home projects done and have very rarely been 100% satisfied but this was one of those times! The guys were great. We had 3 windows replaced and you couldn’t even tell they were there! No dust or debris left, trim painted nicely and they were done by noon. No complaints!

I have had Wood Windows do two projects for me. The first was replacing windows in which the job went very smoothly and completely satisfied.
The door project, there was a loss in communications form my understanding how the project was to proceed and the sales rep. To explain: Included in the bid, we wanted the door painted before install. At the time, Wood Windows sub-contracted painting of doors. I contacted the sub-contractor and arranged variably and price for the painting of the door. Because of weather, the decision between me and the sub-contractor was to paint the door at Wood Windows main office and was instructed to supply the paint to main office location. In which I did with the understanding that Wood Windows would contact the painting sub-contractor when the door was delivered from the manufacture for painting. Some weeks later, the door was scheduled for install. When the crew showed up with the door it was not painted. A install crew member said that he could paint the door, so I agreed to that additional cost in which I was going to pay the sub-contractor anyway. My personal thoughts are, with four different contacts point of communications, me, the paint sub-contractor, the sales person, and the scheduler, painting the door part of the contract was not transferred to the right folks even when the paint was setting at Wood Windows. I am however, grateful that a discount for the painting job was granted by Wood Windows.

While I am satisfied with the products that I purchased from Wood Windows, the installation of the door from the kitchen to the patio and the storm door were not completed with the care and attention to detail that I expected. The casing around the door was damaged in some places, the sheet rock had been cut next to the casing and I didn't expect to have to fill all the brad holes and repaint the casing. The door handle mechanism on the Anderson storm door doesn't work as smoothly as I think it should--it catches and sticks as if it needs lubrication which it shouldn't because it's new. Perhaps some of this should have been explained to me so I expected it instead of being surprised and disappointed.

Solid quality door but very expensive. They were able to make the size we needed.

Wood windows performed the work professionally. Although they are not inexpensive, our windows have a very good warranty, especially since we live on a golf course. Both salespersons were professional and knowledgeable.

excellent process and a wonderful company to work with

Not totally worth the price of the door. We do love the look of the door and how sound it is. The installation was good but rushed in the end. Had to call the door representative for a problem with the glass. Was not able to replace the flawed glass panel. So, not happy with the fact that you can’t change out the glass if broken. The door will then be rendered useless. Was given a small rebate for this fact.

Most definitely! This is the second job Wood Windows did for me. First job was a large window next to my patio door plus a Sun Tunnel. Second job, different home, was two Sun Tunnels. I appreciated them graciously taking step-by-step pictures for my records. Both jobs were excellently completed in one day.

The employees are great to work with locally, but the product is inferior.
