They put my windows in, and I liked them, but when it was time to paint my house, I saw there was some deterioration going on under my windows. The guy who sold me the windows told me if they ran into rotted wood, they would replace it. I sent them pictures of the wood, and no one ever came out. I am displeased with that.

I do not like the way the people who installed my windows cleaned up. They left a lot of crap and glass. I don't like the techniques they used to take out the windows. They left before I could see if they cleaned up. They hurried up and got out of here. I had to pick up a window they threw over the fence; I had to clean up after them.

The three gentlemen who came and installed the windows were very courteous, cleaned up after themselves, and if I had any questions they came and asked us. When they needed to do the windows in the back they let us know when to bring the dogs in.

They promised a $100 gift card for referral, and they did not honor that.

My price could have been a little lower and I should have negotiated a lower price. Others said they are very kind, but you have to watch their prices. I think they could have given me a better deal, and I wish I had asked.

I am very pleased with my windows. I have no complaints. I am thinking about getting more windows in March. That's how impressed I am with them. I haven't had to use heat. I don't hear the wind blowing or whistling. I don't feel the air coming in. It's wonderful.

I would and have recommended Window U. S.A to others, one had her Windows installed. So the product is good. I especially like the way they are designed for washing them.
