Absolutely flawless

This project took nearly a year to complete. I do not entirely blame Windows Plus. This was during COVID. I knew it would take a long time to get the windows, but they didn't come with the correct screens. This took months to resolve and I really can't tell who dropped the ball here. To be fair, they discounted some of the project and overall, I Amy happy with the outcome.

Windows plus did a good job

The first time I used Windows Plus was to replace a sliding glass door. I was pleased and contracted with them again to replace 10 windows. I had issues from the start and would not recommend them. I had to make several calls to get them to come out to measure the windows. They never confirmed the order from the window supplier. It took almost 4 months to the windows to be installed and it was only because I called to check on the status. A couple of windows are leaking. They came to check. He quickly poked his head out the window and said that the windows were caulked and installed correctly. The leak must be coming from the siding. I did not have this leak with my old windows and don't feel that he really investigated. I have called the person responsible for repairing the windows again but received no response. I would not use them again.

We didn’t use the service.

I'm happy with the windows, but already some of them are starting to have difficulty opening and closing. I think the warmer weather is causing expansion that's interfering.

Tom and Reg and their staff and work crews have done multiple window installs and a storm door install. They also now maintain the trapezoid windows (installed by a different company) on the side of the house that used to leak around the frames. All their work has been first-rate and at a fair price. Other family members have now used their firm with the same high-quality results.

I am very happy with Windows Plus, LLC. I used them to replace all of my windows, and recently to replace my double front door. If I need any future work done, I will be sure to use them again.

I used Windows Plus to replace my front and deck doors last year and they did an excellent job, I contacted them this year to replace windows, a slider door and siding on the back of my house. One of their salesmen came to my house -- the same person I worked with on the doors -- but never sent the estimate. I called Windows Plus to follow up, but never got an answer. Not sure what happened, but I ended up going with another company,
