I have twice used Vito for problems where the call had to be upgraded to a more experiences service person after two visits by the initial service person. In both cases, I was not confident of the initial servicer's knowledge and ability to solve the problem. All personnel were polite and did their best, but two unproductive visits to get to someone who could correctly diagnose the problem is an issue. Also, on one problem, we were told that Vito did not carry the gasket needed to solve our issue and were given a part that "might" work. We easily found the part online at standard pricing and it didn't seem rare. Vito should go beyond their own source of supply to get parts for a successful solution.

I highly recommend Vito. Came same day when I had issues with the furnace a couple of years ago . Also had them install the new hot water tank several years back. Still working wonderful!
