Window screens were not reinstalled properly. Screens are falling out. A small child was able to dislodge one.
I would not recommend Ulta Home Improvements for an interior paint project. At first glance upon completion of our project, it looked good. Over the following week or so, I continued to find things which disappointed me. There are many imperfections on wall surfaces - what look like little specks of paper stuck to the wall (not there prior to the work), and one seam was not covered with paint. We were told that the job (several rooms and hallways, including doors and trim) would take about 4 days. They had it done in 2 days. We wondered why it was done so much faster than anticipated, and we think we now know - a rush job, maybe even some areas skipped. Finally, we have many drips of paint left behind on our microwave, an upholstered chair, and floors and bathroom tile. I would advise others to look over work done by any painters very carefully before you make final payments. Ulta was prompt about asking for final payment. I wish I had sat with the work for at least a few days. There was nothing catastrophic here, but they were definitely not the best.
Ulta was an absolute joy to work with! From start to finish, everything was professional, on time, and with great attention to detail. Every thing that was done was verified with me after completion to make sure it was up to my satisfaction, and they were happy to work with me on details to make sure I was happy with the end result. All workers in the crew were fantastic and extremely polite. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone.

Bruno and Junior were fantastic! My bathroom walls were horrible colors when I bought my house. Their team of professionals came in to paint the walls and vanity. Now my bathroom is beautiful and exactly what I wanted. I plan on using them for another room in the near future. Highly recommend these guys!!

The reason I liked them is that he explained the process and gave me different options. He also did a followup to check the paint. There were places where I was not satisfied, and he made sure to make resolve everything. It has been more than a year, and it looks great. I have no complaints.
