Overall they were great. The only problematic thing was the follow-up.
The employees, specifically Giovanni, were rushed, rude and damaged property in the home unrelated to the job. Twice Giovanni walked in the house past me and straight to the room needing work which was rude and unprofessional. He did not explain the process, did not remove the rotten backer board... more
The product is great! My only issue was it took months for the completion of the job. We had both a roof and siding done but once the roof was complete, the crew was supposed to paint the areas where nails were used. It took from mid August until the end of October to do the touch up painting.
They were professional, very courteous, and I thought they did a great job.

Each item listed under "Customer satisfaction" represents a specific question asked by GuildQuality to customers of Total dental solution as part of our survey process. The bar graph and percentage next to the question stand for the percentage of respondents that were "Satisfied" about that particular question.
A customer is considered satisfied about about a question if they answered with 4 or more stars out of 5.
