I still Qustion the unfinished ends on my step kick plates it says on line looking at other decks they should be covered, We have the led kights and are haveing trouble figurging out how they work.getting nback for repairs are a bit slow but Iam sure the issues will get taken care of they are good people to work with

When we began our journey to find the right company to replace our very odd shaped 1700 sqft second story deck, we called 8 companies. 4 turned around and walked away and didn’t want to bid on such a challenging job. 2 were complete scam dogs and said they ‘could start next week and if we signed now, we could get a deal…’ we were left with 2 companies to choose from. We made our choice to use MasterDecks because they were the only ones that had the ability to design, engineer, permit and execute our deck to perfection. And they did. Our project was just shy of 2 years due to the headache the department of health put us through and a few other unforeseen circumstances that were out of our control, but MasterDecks was patient and helpful throughout our entire project. We were lucky enough to have a fantastic team to build our dream deck. We never actually met Ryan, but he was continuously working hard behind the scene. He was always available for asking questions and communicated regularly, even when we’re waiting for county for endless months. Tony was part of our design team and he was wonderful at understanding our needs and the fine details of our build. Then, the face of MasterDecks, the ones we saw everyday, were above and beyond. Mario was in charge of our deck project. His team for our deck was Jack and Heath and I am so thankful for all of them. Mario made several trips to our house before our project began and he even came out to meet with county to make sure he understood what they required so there would be no misunderstanding. Mario made sure the deck was perfect from beginning to end. The hard working backbone of our deck build was Jack and Heath. Man, what great workers. Jack and Heath worked so well together and they were on time everyday and worked in every condition without pause. The finishing touch of our deck was the undercover section. Again, it was complicated with lots of angles. We had a great experience from start to finish. Brian helped us design exactly what we needed and didn't push any extras on us. Even though we were planning on lumber the composite price was too good to pass up. The project was completed ahead of schedule and our one small issue with a noisy railing was fixed immediately. The quality is excellent and the price was very fair.

From the design through quote, scheduling and execution, NCD&P was easy to work with and they did what they said they were going to do. We had one issue during construction. The crew acknowledged my concern and addressed it. Nobody is perfect. The mark of a good contractor is how they handle the situation when there is a problem or concern. NCD&P scored 5 stars on this point.

From design to build to final inspection, a highly professional job with excellent communication at every stage. Not the cheapest, but you get what you pay for. Would absolutely hire again.

We had stairs added to our existing deck. The crew did a fine job and stayed at it working without any delays. We are very happy with the appearance and the structure of our deck addition.

We had some particular issues and had to keep the rails in place when the flooring was being done because the railing was difficult to take apart and put back. About five contractors either refused or threw their hands up like they couldn't do it that way. Mark Hicks said no problem, and the lead construction guy had no problem with it at all. Several other things needed to be critically thought about, and they were able to do what others couldn't.

We had an effective discussion relating to the deck that I wanted to build and were able to lay out all of the options via email. We came up with a great plan and they executed the plan flawlessly. I love the look and feel of my new deck, which will get a lot of use this summer.

From the estimate through project completion, we had an excellent experience with everyone at Three Rivers Custom Decks. We had a small, 1-story elevated deck that was unstable and falling off our house, and were looking to expand the footprint of that deck, re-build with weather resistant, industry-best materials, and possibly add a deck cover that would integrate with the roofing of our home. Other vendors could take on the deck work of the project, but Three Rivers was the only vendor who could also take on the roofing and siding portion of the work. They also managed the permitting process from start to finish, and coordinated a sub-contractor for the electrical work. We are very pleased with the outcome, and our new deck is beautiful, was built quickly and with great attention to detail. We did not have to oversee and stress about the details of the work as we have with other remodel projects; Three Rivers led project with clear guidelines, following best practices, consulting us when needed while keeping us informed along the way. The whole crew was prompt, professional, and kept the worksite clean throughout. We would recommend Three Rivers to anyone looking to add a beautiful outdoor space to their home or business.

Absolutely one of the best contractors (Deck or otherwise) that i have ever worked with. Very attentive to customer service and to getting it right. Fairly priced and very organized and honest about timelines. They get back to you very quickly regarding your proposal or with any modifications you make. It is much harder to rehab a deck than to build a new one. I only wish they did kitchens and baths!
