Right from the very first call I made (based on my neighbor's referral), to the immediately scheduled sales visit, to the assessment visit, to the execution, to the regular status updates and reporting, to the change order management, to cost visibility and predictability, to the the ease of communication with the team and company, to the timing and quality of delivery... I could go on. PFC exceeded every single one of my expectations. Danny, Jake and Mario were amazing folks to work with. 10/10 recommend.

Jerry is a highly experienced deck professional, especially when your going to be installing TimberTech decking. He is a Gold Pro rated installer on the TimberTech website; that's where I found him. He had some really good recommendations for design, things that I hadn't even thought of. I highly recommend Deck Pros Dayton.

After searching out 4 bids we chose Witter Construction and we are so happy we did.HONESTY: you will learn that about Tom through the bidding process and the build out.KNOWLEDGE: Of the 4 companies to quote he was the only one to mention a lighter material (same color) would have to be used on the balconydue to weight concerns.GOOD SOLID WORKMANSHIP: His crews are courteous, hard working and very clean. Sorry I don’t remember all the names but thanks to Nate, “lil” Nate, Steve and Ricky for your good work.EXCELLENT COMMUNICATION: Tom’s sister, Courtney, her attention to detail is second to none. Responsible for administration oversight she communicated a daily log providing updates of their progress including pictures.FINAL WALK THROUGH. A final power wash clean and Tom’s final visit to be sure you are satisfied. He provides a book containing warranties and various notes and instructions for the deck. Our experience with Xscape, formerly Deckscapes, was incredibly positive from start to finish. In a word, they have been GREAT! Our 25-year-old deck was showing its age, and we wanted to upgrade to an enclosed screened patio with a gable roof, plus an uncovered deck area. After interviewing over six contractors, we selected Xscape for the project. From the initial meeting with designer Josh, it was evident we made the right choice. There was never any pressure to sign a contract immediately; instead, we engaged in constructive discussions about our needs and preferences and received extremely helpful design suggestions. They really listened to us. We appreciated the final and transparent quote, finding it refreshing that the quote was not artificially inflated to create a misleading impression of a significant discount. This honesty in pricing was highly valued and contributed to a positive experience. The 3-D design renderings played a significant role in helping us get a realistic idea of the design and it was amazing how closely it resembled the completed project. Communication was seamless, facilitated by a group chat including our project manager, Kevin, which kept us informed about timelines and decisions, and allowed us to ask questions with prompt responses. Despite the existing deck being sturdy, demolition was quick and tidy. The team worked efficiently, even in sub-freezing temperatures, demonstrating their dedication and professionalism. Xscape completed the project smoothly with minimal disruption and well within the expected time. There were never any surprises along the way and the entire process was seamless. From initial design and sales to post-construction follow-up and warranty support—the team has maintained an elevated level of professionalism.
