We are very impressed with Denver Decks from design thru completion. The end result exceeded our expectations and our deck and new roof covering is perfect. The whole job was completed in just a little over 3 weeks which was very efficient given the scope of the job. We would highly recommend them to anyone!

We love our new patios that were just installed by North County Deck & Patio. These replaced redwood decking that we have enjoyed for the past 40 years. We are especially appreciative of all the help provided by everyone at North County Deck who participated in our project! From my first discussions with George the owner who provided excellent guidance on design and materials decisions, to the project leadership from Tom who took careful measurements and thought through so many of the challenges that projects like this entail. But I especially want to acknowledge the team that made all the day to day project decisions and detail work so well done by Adam and excellent workmanship by Juan. One of our goals for our new patios was to make them safer from wild fires, so we chose TimberTech AZEK decking that is Class A rated for fire safety. They have a way of fastening the decking where you don't even see the fasteners at all which makes for a very clean look. We were also seeking to have the upper patio shaded and the rain water channeled away. So NCDP recommended an Elitewood aluminum patio cover. The day after the cover was completed it rained, and only the edges of the patio even got wet. Our new patios just extended our home by about 500 square feet!

Steve and his staff are the best. I'd recommend them to anyone that wants the job done right. Our county inspector said he was going to use our deck as a storm shelter the next time a tornado rolls through.

Right from the initial phone conversation with Deanne and Scotts initial visit to layout the new deck we knew we were in good hands. Once the schedule was set each milestone was hit on time and the craftsmanship and quality was apparent from the initial layout through to the completed deck . When we visited the showroom to pick out the colors for the decking Deanne walked us through the various options, including different deck layouts behind the showroom. This gave us a clear idea of how our deck would look when completed. Additionally, we noticed examples of the metal gates and fencing that Scott had mentioned on his initial visit. We told Deanne we would like to install new gates and fencing and two week later the job was completed.

They communicated well with us and accomplished our goals, and were very professional.

Chose a larger deck company due to some of the complexity of my desired design. They have the resources needed to build what I wanted. Quality of workmanship is top notch. Excellent communication regarding progress, throughout the process. If someone became ill, or left on family leave (that did happen) they have the resources to call in other folks to continue the work.

We enjoyed our relationship with Matt Harris and found him to be professional and competent. His work was carefully done as he constructed a large Timbertech deck and also was thorough in the clean-up process. Fantastic experience! Mike, Matt and their team worked effeciently to remove the old wood deck, was going to be 26 years old in another couple weeks. They found additional issues under my deck and saved me money! Addressed the lack of waterproofing and flashing under my old deck and repaired it the next day, after the tear down. They told me this, with the additional issues on the 2nd day and were direct with me with the foundation issues. Great company! I recommend them to anyone who has foundation issues- my unit faces the south, LPB worked with the city to get the permits and my HOA thinks the final result was BEAUTIFUL. Thanks Mike and Matt!
