I have previously built, renovated and added on to several houses, using different contractors. Brawner Renovations is by far the best experience I have ever had! The owner is local, the crews were fantastic and the finished product is better than expected!

We are very pleased with our new screened-in porch! All of the employees at Deckscapes were attentive, thorough, and very reponsive to communication. Everything was explained well and they adhered to the proposed timeline. We would use Deckscapes again without hesitation and highly recommend this company.

Our new deck with custom glass railing is beautiful! The team communicated with us through every step of the process. The workman were very professional and kept the site safe for our family and dogs. The materials are top quality. They went above and beyond to jackhammer out the poorly constructed concrete that supported the previously existing deck, which was more work than anticipated. They also installed new redwood fencing that looks great. We highly recommend Clough Construction!

Our Deck job was larger than most typical decks with the complexity of working with a brick veneer and wrapping around the house corner and matching up to three patio doors. The Finished picture framing on the decking materials lined up so well to the house structure that it tied into the house perfectly. We expect to enjoy this for many years to come.

Replacement stairs, small deck, and lighting look great and adds value to our home. We were thankful to have finally found a professional contractor who was willing to take on our fairly small job. Most advertised companies declined interest and did not even want to bid.

Very satisfied with the build and new deck, it's gorgeous and delivered what we wanted. Very dissatisfied with the sales experience and back office, which colored our experience throughout the build process. There was poor or no communication during permitting and when additional expenses would be incurred during construction communication was late. Our salesperson made representations about pricing being "locked in" that contradicted the contract, and ultimately were not true. If another company would have been able to complete the job, I would have used them. Due to the complexity of the site, we proceeded with MasterDecks despite the cost of the deck ballooning by over 100%. I'm really torn here because many members of the team were great, permitting team was able to get us squared away after a very difficult process with the city, the build team were respectful and did good work, but the business side of the process was deeply unpleasant.
