I have been a client for several years. the last 2 visits were awful. After the first one I was told I will have to get new appliances that it would be better for me than to have them fixed. so I got charged for the visit on my two appliances just to be told to buy new ones. I thought I would give a second chance since they HAVE helped me in the past. and Maybe It was just the truth (even though my fridge was only little shy of 2 years at the time) I was wrong. The next time I called it was worse. unfortunately I will not use Appliance Doctor again

I had Nats in my water dispenser. it seems they were drawn to the light and we're getting in my ice and water. He guy corrected it by removing the light. No more nats. He said he had never seen anything like that in his 30 years. Thank you.

there was another fix the first time they came by. I called Frigidaire and they told me that they should have called them? when I rescheduled I was told there would be no charge but I was charge for labor... I should’ve been told that before they came I was expecting not to have to pay !

He couldnt find the serial number on my refrigerator. Therefore he couldnt get the proper part to do the repair...how er there are numbers on the back of the appliance.

Excellent service

We are in the midst of a repair that required parts being ordered. The parts were received Tuesday and we can’t get them installed for an entire week! Company needs to add additional technicians it appears. This is disconcerting and disappointing.
A previous matter ended on misdiagnosis and therefore we are buying a new refrigerator.

We have used The Appliance Doctor on several occasions. We continue to be happy with their service, and will use them in the future.

The repairman was great. He was courteous and nice. He showed me the problem and cleaned up his mess after he was done.

Richard is just a wonder every time he comes to our home. He can spot the problem in an instant. He seems to be there to give us the best service he can. He never seems to be there to gouge anyone just to sell something. I trust anything he tells me needs to be done as an honest assessment. Thank you! This last service call didn't require any work to be done because basically my refrigerator was "done". The compressor went out. So that affects how I am answering the following questions.

On time, communicated, and gave good report on needed repairs

The technician came and replaced a part on my washing machine on 4/4/19. The washing machine worked for 2 weeks and then completely went dead on 4/19/19. When I called the company to request the technician to come back because their work has a one year warranty, I was told that no one could come out until 4/24/19. I told him that this was a huge inconvenience due to the fact that I have no washing machine for 6 days, but was told no one was available until then. Since this was due to the technician error (as the machine was operable before) I felt I should be placed as priority. I will not use this company again.

Very fast service to our home

The thermostat was stuck on cold freezing all items in refrigerator.
Steven replaced thermostat. After waiting three days the refrigerator never got cold 40 degrees.
Called for follow up visit. They will return tomorrow.
