The door is nicely hung, they were quick to give me the initial estimate, but after the initial deposit, there was a long wait. There was no response to many emails, texts, and phone calls. When I confronted them and asked for my deposit back, they decided to come to my house the next day. The installers made good suggestions and the paint job is beautiful, but the weather stripping is rubbing on the door and the paint is coming off. I have sent them messages about this issue and they have not responded back. They did not leave any paint with me either.

Tashman is great. I recommend them to anyone. I've recommended them to everyone at my condo, and made them the standard for all of our windows. I've used them for all of our parts and supplies at our condo as well. You can walk in with a little trinket, and someone will come to the counter with the exact part with the knowledge of how to install it.

If someone needed their window screens repaired/replaced on-site, as we did, I would recommend Tashman. But it seems unlikely that any of our friends will ask us for a recommendation about that.

Once completed the work was done well. It took about 10 weeks for the project to be finished after a 4 week estimate. Also, I thought the overall estimate price was high. Originally, the salesperson said that it would take all day to install the door for various reasons and thus the price would be higher. The door took an hour to install so I felt duped by the end cost. I'm happy to have a well installed security screen now and everyone I dealt with were professional and courteous. So all in all it was a mixed bag of goods and bads.
