I refer all of my friends that are in need of pool work to Tahitian Pools.
We have been using Tahitian for nearly 20 years and many times have been left with a last minute panic on jobs because of arriving visitors, not getting service because the office personnel have not past along our messages, and not fulfilling promises, leaving the gate unlocked, etc
It took them over nine months to complete the project. The owner was disrespectful and didn't build the pool to the contract. He did it his way.
I feel that they are very strong in the fundamentals of the operation and quality of the pool.

Each item listed under "Customer satisfaction" represents a specific question asked by GuildQuality to customers of Tahitian Pools as part of our survey process. The bar graph and percentage next to the question stand for the percentage of respondents that were "Satisfied" about that particular question.
A customer is considered satisfied about about a question if they answered with 4 or more stars out of 5. For example if the "Communication" question is at 95% satisfaction that means that 95% of survey respondents answered that question with 4 or more stars out of 5 possible stars.More about surveys
