The construction project went smoothly and we always knew exactly what to expect throughout the project. Their communication is top notch. As with any construction project, we ran into things along the way that needed to be "fixed" or resolved. Our concerns were listened to with open ears and promptly resolved to our complete satisfaction. We've chosen this company to help us with some of the landscaping that needs to be done now that the pool has been installed. We know we can rely on them to do quality work and they will stand behind everything that they do. We would highly recommend Swimming Pool Services to anyone looking for swimming pool or landscaping needs.

Friendly knowledgeable staff make it easy to keep our pool water balanced and clean. SPS designed and built our pool, did a liner change and maintenance work a few years ago, and close the pool for winter every fall. Never had any issues or problems.

SPS put our pool in for us and it’s a beautiful pool, much better quality than some that I’ve seen by other companies. If we were to ever build another pool, we would use SPS again. They also do our pool opening and closing and help with any issues or maintenance needs. We have used them for 17 years!

Each of these pool service companies were proficient at something; only Swimming Pool Services was proficient at all at all the services I required: pool opening and closing, pool equipment troubleshooting, repair, and/or replacement, water chemistry, and pool renovation.

I left a second set of filters to be swapped for my seasonal filters and they didn't swap them. They left all handrails in as well. I got home before they left so they took care of those items before leaving.

Overall, I had a good experience. I was able to get someone out quickly to get a quote on the repairs needed after a tree fell in my pool from a storm. Once the quote was received, the communication wasn't as good as expected. I did have to reach out several times for updates to get supplies and get the work started. Once the supplies were obtained, the communication with the team doing the work was outstanding. All of the men were top notch and did an amazing job. The work was flawless and beautiful. I had another communication concern with invoicing at the end, but that was rectified to my satisfaction immediately. Your team is amazing and I would recommend them to others. I am very satisfied with the work that was completed and would use your company again. I am still giving a 5 star, even with communication concerns, because the work is so beautiful!

These people are personable and professional. Dave was especially knowledgeable and friendly. They made us aware of every step along the path to completion, so we were never left wondering about what they were doing or what would happen next. The crew that came out and did the construction was first rate. I was afraid that we had a very challenging, hilly, heavily wooded site, and there could be problems along the way, but the crew was more than up to the challenge. There were no surprise increases in cost or extra fees when the project was completed. What they originally quoted is what we paid. In short, they were terrific.

We have been a customer for 21 years and have always had a good experience with them whether doing a water analysis to adjust pool chemicals or purchasing a new liner, pump, heater or winter pool cover. We have always received top-notch service from their pool experts!

Swimming pools are expensive and must be cared for appropriately. Doing it yourself or hiring a fly by night contractor is not wise. Seasonal pool opening and closing are two important functions that will dictate pool longevity. Everyone at Swimming Pool Services is friendly, efficient, and knows what they are doing. A pleasure to work with.

Our final product has met our expectations, however for us to get there was not an experience that I would recommend to anyone. The communication was insulting and very lacking until we escalated to the CEO Mike. Once Mike was involved, the process and communication was much better. However, it should not take customers escalating to the CEO for the company to do the right thing.
