The service provided was top-notch. They honed my marble counter tops and then they resealed my travertine in my bathroom and the grouting. They took it all away and put it back. Before I give the grade, everything was great about the service but the tech, his appearance could've been more professional, but an A otherwise. I would recommend them. The price probably wasn't competitive but I feel like that's why some people might gawk at using them.
They did a wonderful job on the marble in the bathroom. It was all quality and all that. They did a wonderful job. They did a great job. The marble counter top in our bathroom, it was very cloudy and we tried to clean it with lots of different things. They ground it down, refinished it and it turned out beautiful. I'd give them an A. They did a fine job. He cleaned the counter tops upstairs, and he showed me exactly how to do it so we wouldn't have to have him come out and do it again. They called ahead of time to make sure I'd be here. He was here right on time. I don't know if anybody could do it any better. I've already recommended them. I saw people who needed it done and told them about them.

The technician was very clear in talking to me about what he was doing and seemed very honest. We had some grout and mildew issues, caulk and mildew issues. So, he removed it all, cleaned all the stone, and he re-caulked. I'd give them an A. I'm giving them A's because I don't believe in perfection. I always believe there's room for improvement. He was a hard worker and seemed to know what he was doing. They polished our kitchen island. It was white marble and he polished it for us. He would be a B. I had called them, and they were supposed to come out a couple months before and I waited at home all day and they never came. Apparently they never gave the driver the ticket, and I called back a couple months later because I hadn't found anyone else and they were able to come.
They showed up on time, they did what they said they would do, and there were no problems with the bill. Things just went pretty smoothly. They did bathrooms for me. I would say B. The quality of work was good, but now that I recall correctly, I had them come back more than once. So, there were some problems. I don't remember which visit it was, but there was some miscommunication in what time they were going to get there and it was an issue of my still being at work. Customer service was good. They were dependable, they followed-up, they sent reminders. There was one time they didn't show up on schedule, on time. In comparison to other people who've done work for me, I would say they were good. They were not excellent.

StoneCare Services clean only natural stone and they seal it. The price was better than another company that I quoted for the same work. The value was good. We just did a granite counter top and marble shower. They only do natural stone. They don't do porcelain. The customer service was very good. My child was supposed to be home and they weren't home when the person came so they called me. They were super nice about it. Somebody recommended them to me and I had to have service completed. The other company that I knew of was double the price. I'd give them a B+. I didn't follow up. They actually gave me great instructions on how to care for my tile afterwards. The roof of my shower is tile and I don't think they got all the spots cleaned in the corner. So I'm going to have them come back. It might not be their fault. It could be because it was really bad. I'm going to have them come back and do it again. This service was in the spring.

StoneCare Services sealed my granite countertops and then I also had my shower re-caulked. I've had them before but this last time I wasn't overly thrilled with the re-caulking of the shower. It was a little on the messy side and didn't quite catch all of it. Their customer service was fine. They were friendly. They were helpful. I had no complaints with that. I've used them a couple times. I'll give them a B.
I wasn’t satisfied with their service at all. Basically, they came in and recaulked the bathrooms and our showers, and I don’t know what anyone’s expectation is as to how long that should last, but for me, it should last a decent amount of time. After about four or six months, I started seeing a lot of mold in the shower, and I tried to clean it out and it wouldn’t clean out. It just kept growing and growing. So I called them about eight months total after the job they had done, and I let them know how disappointed I was with their services and that I thought they ought to come out and do something about it, and they informed me that it was going to take about a month and a half for them to come out and look at it. I was really frustrated with that, and I told them it was unacceptable. I told them I wanted them to come out sooner than that. Their business is about two miles away. The boss called me back about a week later, and he asked me why I wanted them to come out. He asked me what I was getting at. I told him the job that they did was unacceptable. Basically, what he was offering was that they were going to come back and do the same job again, and I would pay the same amount that I paid again, which was like $300. I told him there was no way that I was going to do that again, and I asked why I would do that. I had someone else fix the problem, and I will never do business with them again. They’re crooks. He got the impression that I wanted the job done for free, which I kind of did, but I wanted him to do something. Why would I pay him another $300 to get six months’ worth of work out of it—six months’ worth of use? I was just really frustrated with them. The owner said that he expected me to replace all my caulk once a year, and the last caulk job I had lasted five years, but for $300, I don’t expect to get one year out of it. The first time they came to do the work, the customer service seemed fine. They seemed to do a good job. But the customer service on the phone with the owner afterward was completely unsatisfactory. And then when the girl told me that it was going to take him two months to come back out—unsatisfactory. I will never use them again.
