Even with all the issues we had, Silver Leaf is a good quality home. I would recommend this company but would advise you to be aware of everything every step of the way. We had many issues while the house was being built and after closing.

We have already recommended them to others. The homes are beautiful and crafted beautifully. Also, there are little to no upgrades needed. Lastly, the company answered all questions our questions.

The home is good quality. It has modern amenities.

Possibly, just would want to make sure it was a different sales person so they do not have the same administrative issues we had

I have had plumbing problems since 3/5/21. The house overall is perfect,but the lack of local support for problems is terrible. I was told that I should hv rec'd info on HOA and contacts for issues. This supposed to be a new home,but why so many problems with plumbing. We had sewage backup in bath tub today an neither commode will flush without over flowing.

In the beginning, waiting to get the actual house built was too long. I think they were having a couple of issues with the city, but it's something that we were expecting them to build it faster than what it was.

Everybody was very helpful throughout the process and made it easy as can be. Michelle Blackwell was very helpful. I am very happy with the outcome of my new home.

The communication on the progress of the house could improve.

Silver Leaf has gotten a new builder in the area and seems to be doing a lot better.
