Our basement remodeling project exceeded our expectations. The quality of workmanship, attention to detail, and communication are excellent. There were no surprises, project was completed in the agreed upon time and within budget. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend to others.

By far the best contractor I have ever dealt with (and I have worked with several) on follow up and communication. Brad always gets back to you and is extremely responsive. The Reliable name definitely is a good match because you wont be in the dark and always know what is going on. I liked that he was on the job daily so you had a good idea of the entire scope and next steps. He is EXTREMELY detail oriented and wants the homeowner satisfied so rest assured you will be happy with your project.

Bradley was excellent to work with. He was extremely good at responding to our questions. We started with a grand vision and had to scale it down based on budget. He worked with us through all of the additional steps and changes. I am extremely happy with the craftsmanship of our new deck. We have received multiple complements on the finished product. Reliable construction was good to work with, and did an excellent job with an unusual construction project. Sub contractors were needed for specialized construction needs, and these were well managed and coordinated.

As you head into the spring/ summer contemplating your home remodeling projects, I urge you to consider giving Brad a call. I met Brad at one of the trade shows at the Mpls convention center. I hadn't made up my mind about what remodeling I had in mind, but when the time came, I specifically remember meeting and talking with Brad, and I was please with the estimate he gave me. (I had 5+ estimates)Beyond the great job that Brad did with my roof and deck, I was thrilled with the fact that I was comfortable with him and the work he did.But I'll leave you with these two endorsements. 1) I sent some pics of the finished work to my longtime friend from HS, he has been in construction for 35+ plus years, his response was "Wow, your guy did a fantastic job!" 2) When the city inspector came by for the final inspection, he commented on the excellent job that was done, and that he "not only met but exceeded the city code requirements."I think those are high praise and I will be calling on Brad again.
