I absolutely love the Carothers Farms Community and happy with my home. However the sales and design selection experience throughout the construction process was very frustrating and poorly conducted. The houses themselves are beautiful and came with great finishes and affordable options. I hope Regent Homes spends some careful consideration on the home buying experience and setup some supervision on their sales employees if they are not performing as expected to quality standards. Despite my poor experience I'm still leaving a 4 star review since it's a great home and buy and the developer understands what makes a great home for a first time millennial buyer.
We purchased our first home with Regent and have been moved in for almost a month now. We couldn’t be happier! It’s a beautiful home and a really nice little community. We had some questions and concerns along the way, but the team here was able to answer/resolve those for us quickly and professionally. Thanks Regent :)
Great value and quality.
My biggest issue remaining is that my washer/dryer closet does not fit a washer/dryer.

Regent Homes LLC has left us with a few issues and it seems to be taking a while for anyone to address them.
There is not enough customization allowed.
We found that as a rule of thumb the home is nice. It is about average quality. All of the appliances, plumbing, and electrical were as low quality we've ever seen. It's important to take good notes during the walkthrough and spend every second analyzing and evaluation the acceptable and unacceptable parts of the home because their warranty is short and will leave you out of luck.
I would have to warn a would be buyer that Regent will deviate from the plan and from what you see at a model at their own discretion with no warning or compensation offered for these changes
I was highly dissatisfied with every interaction I had with a Regent Homes Representative throughout the buying process. John Burns, Madison Underwood, Kyla Van der Voort had extremely poor communication and did not make any effort to remove barriers during the buy/closing process. I would never be able to recommend Regent Homes LLC due to never wanting a friend to have to experience all the headache these individuals caused.

Overall I would not be able to recommend Regent Homes to a friend. This is my first home built from Regent and it has not been as smooth as I thought it would have been. Throughout the process the sales team and everyone I worked with were wonderful. However, when my home was being built I could see sort cuts being made, sloppy work, and just not up to the standard I thought I was getting from Regent. I brought up issues as they arose, and almost all were addressed, but not to the high standard that I expected.
