Love the home, quality of appliances is marginal, and a few areas of finishing workmanship were poor.
The closing was extremely stressful. I was told things were going to be done and they were not done and they made a lot of promises that they did not keep.

This is my second Regent Home. I was really please with the first and excited to be able to move into this one. While the process itself was pretty smooth since I came in after the drywall was already completed, there were several hiccups I encountered. The Regent team did work to get everything fixed, however several items still were pending at the time of closing.
They had very poor customer service.
Whoever cleaning crew was.......they DIDNT clean. Probably groomed & pulled up lose things & wiped out tub & sinks.Windows were dirty. White dust on all kick boards. Just fyi.
I have had some issues since we moved in. The issues have been with the project manager. I have spoken with the office about the issues this week and we will see what happens from there.
The people that I worked with were really good and very attentive to our needs.
The workmanship of our new home was dipolrable. The flooring doesn't meet the trim. The drywall has dents and nails sticking out. We have a 31" crack in our tub. The granite has chips in it and 1" round chip. The sewer backed up on the first day and the emergency contact we had called on a Friday afternoon at 3 p.m. had a full voicemail. The paint job was terrible. We still have things that are wrong. It's a shame no one took pride in their work. All the light receptacles are not even, they are cockeyed. We have stepped on 30 to 40 staples on the stairwell. We are still finding them. This will be 4 weeks since we've been in the house. The light fixture was falling off the front porch. It has been a horrible experience. We can understand inexpensive materials but no one cared.
Regent Homes LLC was very professional, informative, and high quality.
Regent homes has very good quality. We really like the workmanship of the home. The detail is really good. We like the set up of the home and the space between rooms. The location of the home on the lot is great. We like that there is enough space between the houses. Some other neighborhoods don't leave enough room between the houses and I think that it causes drainage problems.
We are very pleased with the build quality overall. We are not happy with the punch list and the post closing.
Regent Homes has very high-quality homes. We shopped around with the multiple builders in the development that we are in and none of them are as high-quality of a home as Regent Homes.
My parents will be purchasing a home from Katt and Regents within the year.
I am very happy with the quality, the location of the properties, and the design of the houses.

Absolutely Great Community, We just closed last week in Sherwood Green, We worked with Brad and Daniel and they provided us with exceptional service. Brad always pays attention to detail and he is an intelligent, exceptional, honest and knowledgeable man. He always went above and beyond for us and we were always in the loop of what was happening. Daniel made sure we had our designs right and recommended. Great Quality and after service Follow-ups.
My wife did more one on one with them than I did, but my personal opinion is that they are a class act and professional.
I have purchased 2 homes previously to building this one. I specifically wanted a certain floorplan and maintained communication with Lisa to make sure I could purchase the Bryson when it was ready to be released. I never met anyone other than Lisa until about 2 weeks prior to closing. I was never contacted about anything having to do with my home unless I just happened to drive by and see something. I was treated with disrespect by the builder when I finally was given a meeting. The items I specifically requested during my selection process were not provided and they treated the home as just one of their typical plans they were trying to rush to get through so they could move to another location.

Regent goes the extra mile to make the home buying experience pleasant and easy. There were many people involved with the build of our new home and they all worked diligently to accomplish it weeks sooner than the expected finish date. I am, overall, pleased with the company. My issues, a few, still concern me, but I feel Regent will follow up and complete them as they have the others in the past. We are a month out on them finishing the punch list with no expected completion date communicated.

We have had an amazing experience with Regent from start to finish. Everyone involved in the process has been professional and communication has been outstanding. Coby and Andy answered every question that we had and kept us informed throughout the process. After we closed, the communication has been just as good! Great people at Regent!!
No. I could not in good concience recommend Regent Homes to anyone. I’m not only not impressed, I am very frustrated and disappointed in my dealings with them
