I was very happy with the sales agent. He gave excellent service.
I am neutral on this topic because communication was slow at times, but overall the company did fine.
Most pleasant experience building I have ever had.
I love the home but I would never go through the building process with Regent again, or live in a community still in progress.

Regent Homes LLC has left us with a few issues and it seems to be taking a while for anyone to address them.
There is not enough customization allowed.
We found that as a rule of thumb the home is nice. It is about average quality. All of the appliances, plumbing, and electrical were as low quality we've ever seen. It's important to take good notes during the walkthrough and spend every second analyzing and evaluation the acceptable and unacceptable parts of the home because their warranty is short and will leave you out of luck.
I would have to warn a would be buyer that Regent will deviate from the plan and from what you see at a model at their own discretion with no warning or compensation offered for these changes
I was highly dissatisfied with every interaction I had with a Regent Homes Representative throughout the buying process. John Burns, Madison Underwood, Kyla Van der Voort had extremely poor communication and did not make any effort to remove barriers during the buy/closing process. I would never be able to recommend Regent Homes LLC due to never wanting a friend to have to experience all the headache these individuals caused.
I really enjoyed our experience building with Regent Homes. They were timely and very professional. We absolutely love our home.
Overall I would not be able to recommend Regent Homes to a friend. This is my first home built from Regent and it has not been as smooth as I thought it would have been. Throughout the process the sales team and everyone I worked with were wonderful. However, when my home was being built I could see sort cuts being made, sloppy work, and just not up to the standard I thought I was getting from Regent. I brought up issues as they arose, and almost all were addressed, but not to the high standard that I expected.
I had a very good experience with the home building process. The attention to detail helped it get done accordingly. I am very pleased overall
I think the house needed another work week to finish things. There was a hallway that wasn't painted an a hinge left off of the front door. Several things like that. They hadn't covered the wires the stuck out of the wall. I'm calling tem about those. The wires that attached the alarm system. That wasn't done. There were a few other things.
I will advocate not doing business to Regent Homes to every person I encounter and may show online the hell we went through with this broken company. If Regent doesn't change I can't imagine how they will stay in business. The delays cost us over $4,000 of expenses not counting the hardship my family had with said closing. I was really hoping that buying a house would have been one of the happier experiences. The "delays happen" attitude of Regent coupled with a broken customer engagement process along with a dysfunctional customer oriented policy and procedure made buying from Regent a horrible decision.
Very poor communication with each person in the process, multiple missed closing dates, unclear options/ standard features on the house, subpar subcontractors.
2nd home with Regent Homes. And again, highly satisfied! Their homes are beautiful and have the best products, especially their cabinets and granite from Sims-Lohman.
The quality of the finish was poor. The staining on the stairs are four different shades.
Not in this life time or the next.
Right now it is too soon to know about the follow through on the things that they say they are going to do. It is hard for me to know about the follow-through.
We were treated excellently from beginning to end.
I would recommend Regent Homes to anyone looking to buy a new home in a family-friendly neighborhood.
Everything was done smoothly so far, so it's good. Any issues that need to be fixed--a bunch of little things needed to be fixed got fixed, and it was fine. I submitted six requests, and they all got addressed fast.
Enjoying our home
I was very happy to move into a nice community that was very new.
GuildQuality partners with it's member companies to survey their customers and collect detailed feedback on their behalf. By administrating surveys as an unbiased third party we ensure that customers have the oppurtunity to express their true feelings about a project and that members get the most accurate and detailed feedback possible.
When a survey contains the "Review" question, that customer's answer will show up on the member's profile page as a public review. Members have the option to turn off reviews but cannot hide individual reviews. It's all or nothing. This means that any reviews you see on a GuildQuality profile page are real comments left by the customer and verified by GuildQuality.
Each item listed under "Customer satisfaction" represents a specific question asked by GuildQuality to customers of Regent Homes LLC as part of our survey process. The bar graph and percentage next to the question stand for the percentage of respondents that were "Satisfied" about that particular question.
A customer is considered satisfied about about a question if they answered with 4 or more stars out of 5. For example if the "Communication" question is at 95% satisfaction that means that 95% of survey respondents answered that question with 4 or more stars out of 5 possible stars.More about surveys
