We had a great experience with RIKB. I'm only doing 4 out of 5 because I think they are cost prohibitive to some people, so I wouldn't recommend on that basis.

From start to finish, everyone at RIKB was simply amazing!

The contractor and Rikb staff very personable and receptive to questions, concerns and feedback at all times thru the project. The deadlines given were all met, which was a big plus for us.

Kingsley Catalucci was patient, knowledgeable and key to the success of the design process and execution of the project. We started our conversation with Kingsley three years before we actually began the project. She made sure I was comfortable with each decision and never made me feel pressured. Larry Cyr made sure that all aspects of the demolition and construction of the remodel went smoothly. He checked with us at each phase to make sure our expectations were met. When I asked for changes or added to the “punch list,” he made sure we were happy with the results. He made every effort to clean up each day and limit disruption to our living situation.

The outcome of our kitchen remodeling went so well I would definitely want the same experience for family or friends.

I would (and have already!) 100% recommend RIKB. What could have been an overwhelming, super inconvenient kitchen/first floor remodel could not have been easier. RIKB designed and built our new kitchen and 2 full baths. The designs were creative and fresh but didn’t break the bank. The team was phenomenal! Stephanie was the lead designer and she guided us every step of the way. She came up with ideas that worked beautifully. When it was time to build it Larry and his team were fantastic! The quality of the work was great. They took care of everything. And finished on time. I highly recommend them!

2021 was a hard year to remodel due to the shortage of materials and parts. I went with RIKB because I wanted quality work that wouldn’t take forever and someone to deal with subcontractors I also wanted someone to work though my evolution of my kitchen and my designs. Any project this size will have bumps and they worked hard to fix these issues. They just didn’t do the job, they worked hard making sure it was as good as it could be. The result was a kitchen that wows people when they first see it.

I would recommend RIKB with no reservations and a glowing report. Communication was top notch and everyone I deal with was responsive and knowledgeable.

Set out with very high expectations- attention to detail in the end was disappointing

I already have recommended RIKB to a friend! My friend is already working with Erika on a bathroom project and having the same great experience I came to expect. She makes the design process fun and less intimidating. RIKB somehow made it easy to live in a house under construction during a pandemic. I was immunocompromised and in my first trimester of a difficult pregnancy, yet I still felt comfortable sharing my space with them as my husband and I worked from home throughout the project. The fact that they were so on schedule, respectful of our space, and tuned into our comfort and safety was more than I could have hoped for. I used some other popular companies for other house projects at the same time, and that was a terrible mistake on my part. They were comically awful to work with and delayed compared to RIKB (one project still isn’t finished!). If I expressed a slight concern or question (never had any major issues), someone from RIKB was usually there the same day (a few times within the hour!). As someone whose professional role includes complicated project management, I was thrilled by the level of coordination and planning that RIKB provided. Our project timeline was adhered to without issues. The finished space is absolutely beautiful. It’s hard to imagine our home without it. The design choices respect the character of our old home and feel so comfortable and inviting. I will only be using RIKB for future projects because I can trust them and know the exceptional quality of their work.

RIKB did an excellent job! Project was on time and the project design and management teams were knowledgeable, organized, and a pleasure to work with. Kingsley, Heather, Tommy, and Eric are amazing! Overall the quality of the kitchen is good. There are two areas in which I would have appreciated higher quality: 1) the floor is not level. We live in an old house, so I knew that the starting floor was not level but I didn’t know that leveling was something that was not part of the work/I didn’t know I needed to request that it be level, and 2) the trim around the window is just 2x4 wood as opposed to matching the other window molding. Once again, not a big deal, and I probably needed to ask for this level of detail, I just didn’t think of it.

I would recommend RIKB to family and friends. The staff is very helpful and listened to my ideas and concerns as I remolded a kitchen in an older home. I am very happy in my new kitchen!
