Our windows look great but that is as far as they go. They leak air, whistle, let dirt and noise walk right in. We have discussed this with more then one employee when they came to replace broken glass panes. Each of them said they would get with their pros when they returned to the shop and get back to us. Hasn't happened yet. The last person we discussed this with was Mike Beasley. He stated the windows should have been sealed with foam when put in then calked. I would bet money they were never sealed with foam because I was here the entire time they were installing the windows and there was not enough time or attention spent on each window to do that much detail. They have been calked. Mr. Beasley stated the only way they could know it the foam had been put in was to take one of the windows out and check it but it seems they are unwilling to do this.
Quality Exteriors did a wonderful job of updating my home. We are very pleased with the results. The workmen were skilled and timely. Everyone was very polite.
