The owner is very personable and knowledgeable. The problem is that he is more talkative than I. His knowledge also gets in the way because his presentation becomes to confusing even for me, though I must admit that I am not so smart as Einstein - maybe on 2nd thought I can come close. After all, I have a brain - and he does not having had it removed after he died ---- and to think that neither part is buried on the grounds of my cemetery, Mount Sinai.

Had to clean up a lot of water because of their error and they acted like it was nothing!

They have been a good company. Whenever we need a support call, they answered immediately or come the next day. I find them to be reliable and great company.

Communication - Every time something is wrong they go up on the roof. Scott would take a picture and show me what the part was, what the problem was, what the solution was, and how to prevent it. I really appreciate that.

I first had PG&E sell me my current home heater and after several years I am still satisfied with my purchase and installation
