It was such a pleasure working with Perez to plan out our projects and they worked hard to help us achieve our renovation goals and keep it within our budget. We both work from home so we knew it would be difficult living and working in our home once the work started, but they were understanding and accommodating. We love our newly renovated spaces!

Certain details weren't tended. A $4,000.00 deposit was submitted for the work in OCTOBER 2023 and I was not informed until FEBRUARY 2024 that the SAME double window, installed in an adjacent room, was unavailable. I asked TWICE if the floor would be covered prior to demolition and was reassured twice that it would be. DISAPPOINTED, I had to ask demolition team to cover the floor, when I saw they were not going to do so, prior to demolition. I requested the room worked on be EXACTLY THE SAME as the adjacent room renovated by Perez previously.
Instead of researching the minwax or OTHER brand of 'rosewood' stain the ZAR brand was used that only offered a darker tint for the trim. Did 2% of renovation cost still cover design (details)?
