They were on time, accurate on their pricing, and they did an outstanding landscaping job. They just did a lot of landscaping in our backyard, we have a large area. They did a lot of work. I'd rate them A+ overall. Their quality of work was outstanding.
They got it done quickly, in and out. They built a pergola. I would grade the overall experience B. To improve, their price for staining was very high, so I went somewhere else for that. If it would have been reasonable, I would have had them do all the work, but because it was twice the average, I chose to go elsewhere. I would highly recommend them to a friend.

I liked their quick response. I had trouble with my sprinklers, and I never used them before. I called them up, said they would send someone out. The gentleman came out, looked at the system pretty quickly. Even my unit in the garage wasn't working right, but he had a way of getting around it and tested all the different stations. He and the other guy went and adjusted everything. I came back outside, and I said, ‘So what you think?’ He said, ‘It's all fixed.’ We fixed about seven heads, and they are all working good now. I thought they were still testing everything. They work fast. I’d grade them A+. I would highly recommend them to a friend.
I liked that they did very good thorough work and did what they said they were going to do. They put in a French drain to repair some work that another landscaper had done, so they actually installed a French drain. They did A work. I would highly recommend them, and I have recommended them.

There was an extreme lack of communication. When we had our first meeting, things went well a lot, and then we would go weeks without hearing anything. We would have to call them a lot of times. Communication is a big deal with my husband and me, and that was—they did landscaping work for us. They’d get a B.
There was one thing, that when they did my yard, they did not do what I asked them to do. I gave them a call, they came back the next day, and took care of it. I thought that was quite positive. They did landscaping for me. They earned an A+. I would highly recommend them to a friend.

It started out positive, but it ended up being disastrous. It's been a while back. I ended up with some problems that I thought were being generated by one of their employees, and they never would come back and correct them. And they just—they never came back. They were doing irrigation work. They worked on the irrigation system. I'd give them a D on the way things turned out. They totally disregarded me at the end. I had to find somebody else to finish up the work. The quality of work was—they did a lot of work for me, so it started out fine, but at the end, the work was not that good because some problems I was having wasn't getting fixed. They ignored me at the end. I had to leave them alone. I did not want to have to change companies. Customer service was poor at the end. They just decided they didn't want to bother with me. Their punctuality was OK. There was something about cleanliness that they disregarded, and I thought, ‘Man, is this how they do?’ One thing I didn't understand was when he worked on some of the heads and he didn't fill in the dirt around the heads, so I had to do it. I wouldn't recommend them, not at all.
I liked that I could talk to them, it's like they’re being neighborly, they’re not just business, not impersonal. They’re very good at listening and communicating. They’re really just doing their job, but nice. They did landscaping, and I had them also doing my yard. They’re A-grade.

It started out good. It did not end the best. They just didn't follow through on some things that they said they were originally going to do on the original plan that we had. It was for landscaping. They put down sod and did a new sprinkler system and landscape beds for us. I’d give them a C-.
They've been my landscapers for 25 years. Well, up until this year, I mean, they even did little extra things, like I had no grass in my backyard, just a lot of concrete and a pool and they would—I loved the fact that they would go through and blow all the leaves out of the yard with their blower and take care of that, which was really just not part of my original contract, but they do it, and I think it's a great little extra service. I’d grade them maybe an A- overall. They are here every Tuesday like clockwork.

I think they're awesome. They're very reliable, they show up when they say they're going to show up, and they kind of go above and beyond as far as the work they've done for us. They seem very knowledgeable on plants and what's going to work in certain areas of the yard and certain sunlight. So everything they've planted for us works very well, and the maintenance they've been doing is great. They've done landscaping and stonework just around the garbage for us. And then we also use them for weekly maintenance as well. I'd give them an A+. I would recommend them.

They do my landscape work. I've had several positive experiences with them. I go way back with them. They landscaped a house for me in 2005 in Frisco, and for some reason I was in that area a week or two ago, and I drove by and it got yard of the month, and they didn't even have any seasonal color planted. I actually sent John a picture of that to show him. They're real good about planning landscape for the future. Some guys will come in and plant a bunch of stuff, and the whole property is overgrown in six years. These guys are really good. They’ve earned an A+. They've done four houses for me over the years. I'm on my fourth house with them right now. I would definitely recommend them. In fact, that's who I recommend. That's who I recommend them to if anyone ever asks for a landscape.
