PLM has been my exclusive landscaper for the last 12 years. The Owner, Blake is very personally involved to ensure customers get great service at a fair price

Recognized Excellence

Recognized Excellence - I would like to recognize the staff and Blake for their exceptional service. It was outstanding.

Areas Of Satisfaction

Areas Of Satisfaction - PLM exceeded all of my expectations. The overall look is great. They did a great job.

Jon Melby came to my home and gave me an exorbitant quote about two tree removals and 100 sq yards sod installing in my front yard. Two weeks later he did not deliver the contract,. When the contract finally comes is missing one tree and includes a regrading I did not ask for and never discussed about, but it was on my next door neighbor's contract since they had a drainage problem. When I asked to remove the regrading Ann called me and canceled my contract. Move on to better contractors.

John, provided a fantastic plan to upgrade front yard landscape. Crew was extremely good at installation and clean-up.

We are highly likely to refer PLM to friends and neighbors, and in fact have already done so. We could not be more pleased with the workmanship of the new perimeter fence as well as the complete overhaul and redesign of our backyard. We also had PLM refresh the landscaping in our front yard as well. We are so pleased that we already have future projects planned.

PLM did fabulous landscaping at my home.

Excellent quality design, plants, and service.

They were very helpful in getting rid of the yard jungle

They were fast, responsive, professional, kind, and did a great job. They were great to work with.

No

I highly recommend PLM for all your landscaping needs including hard scape and sprinkler systems. They are professional, knowledgeable and reliable. I love our new flowerbeds and sprinkler system.

The project was extra challenging due to the extreme heat. All my request were met and each project was very well organized.

The end product is fabulous. Jon and his crew do great work.

Working with PLM to transform my landscaping was the best experience I've had in years. My yard had become very overgrown and unmanageable. John Melby visited with me and shared his ideas and turned around a quote in timely manner. The PLM team cleared the yard completely and re-landscaped every inch in a week. While I couldn't envision the design myself, I had a 100% confidence and trust in the PLM team which far exceeded my expectations. Every scrap and piece of debris was cleaned up and yard is unique and beautiful.

The mondo the grass that they moved needed to be actually planted with some dirt around their roots. Many of them were merely popped into place between the flag stone. I had to add dirt, which I was not happy with having to do after paying so much. The extension does look great though.

Quality work at a fair price

I could not be happier with the PLM project. Every detail completed to my total satisfaction. It was obvious how the team was accustomed to working together and any member could fill in for another if needed. Congenial and cooperative.

I contracted with PLM to install low maintenance lower water requirements for shrubbery beds. They also completely resodded front yard in order to facilitate growing in shade and elimination of Dallis grass. I have still been plagued by Dallis grass. I also thought the decompressed granite would be effective in retarding grass and weed growth through it in beds, but have not experienced that so far.

PLM's salesperson was disrespectful at the end of the project.

PLM has done a wonderful job with our landscape needs, from design through execution.

Client for over 20 years. Always professional and quality work. Family owned, nice people.

I have already shared PLM information to some of our neighbors and friends. When they saw the finished product, they wanted to know all about the company. Our yard never looked better and the drainage solution was perfect. We no longer have the flooding we experienced before. We are very happy with the results.

We would definitely recommend PLM to our friends and have already recommended PLM to a family member who lives in the area. We believe PLM will deliver high quality work, stay on budget and exceed a client’s expectations.

They did a great job, and I was pleased with their work.

The installation and plant selection was exceptional.

Planning & execution was excellent. Follow up could be better.

Kept me informed and very professional

We started discussing our landscaping project with PLM in February of 2022. As of mid-July, our project remains incomplete.

PLM does what we agreed upon in a professional and timely manner.

Jon is so knowledgeable , Professional and friendly. Our backyard Landscape and Flowerbeds, along with the new sprinkler system are all beautiful and work perfectly!
We could not be happier to be enjoying our backyard every evening.

Detailed invoice indicates cost of each service. They are careful, show up on time, and friendly. Very reliable.

They really had a good, strong crew working. They worked really hard. They were knowledgeable. They knew what they were doing!

I was very impressed with them. They were professional, on time and did a beautiful job.

PLM missed the start-up schedule.

Can't say it's PLMs fault but the rep hasn't been talking to the decision-maker, the lady of the house. Husband was the communicator when we first signed on. Huge bill in Nov/Dec for 200 tulip bulbs in 2 tree wells. I'll be counting the tulips that pop up! They do the work but are not inexpensive! It would be nice to offer a senior discount.

I left a Google review, that can be used.

Pricey

I would definitely recommend PLM Landscaping as they did a great job from the landscape planning with Jon to all the crew that were here to finish this project in 4 days. I now look forward to having new grass put in as it will be a big improvement over what was put in initially and I trust they will do a great job because I have seen the quality of work they have done already.

Very professional company. My wife and I are pleased with their professional advice and recommendations. Glad we chose them!

They removed the tree and everything went really well!

I am very pleased with the way the yard looks by Professional Landscape Management.

PLM did a great job of tree trimming, pansy planting after preparing the beds with soil turnover and pellet fertilizer to feed the new plants. We are so pleased with all of the work.

Jon did professional designs that I could use to apply for HOA approval and was knowledgable of plants to use that will provide color throughout the year. He was also willing to discuss with the HOA any issues they have/had with plans.

They were very dependable.

The landscape work is stunning. This is my second house they did the landscaping. The maintenance they provide twice a monthi is dependable, thorough and keeps everything looking beautiful through all seasons.

I was surprised to see the large crew & they all seemed to have been used to starting & finishing a job wuick

Have been pleased with the addition of 'GroGreen' for periodic fertilization and spraying of trees and bushes, as included in the fees. Also, periodic trimming has been welcomed, along with the consistent mowing of the lawn.

Blake and his team were great to work with. He spent the time to listen to what we wanted offering several options and plans and then made changes for us. The outcome was really nice and we're looking forward to seeing everything once established in a year or two.

Best looking lawn in the neighborhood!

Their landscaping installation and landscape lighting installation exceeded my expectations and made me very happy.
