End product met my expectations, a few nails found here and there but very few other debris. After job clean up was good.

The company did good work but they need to spend more time looking for nails. I keep finding nails on my carport (bad for tires).
They fit us into their schedule without much notice. Their crew were friendly and helpful and answered all of our questions. They spent enough time cleaning up so that there were no nails, bits of paper or roofing materials in the grass and bark dust. Jason was very helpful in answering questions about the condition of the roof for the person buying the house.
I have a very tall house with a complicated roof. Got a great quote, they worked around my schedule to find a time to do the work, and the crew cleaned up after they left each day. Couldn't be happier!

Each item listed under "Customer satisfaction" represents a specific question asked by GuildQuality to customers of Orezona Building & Roofing Co. as part of our survey process. The bar graph and percentage next to the question stand for the percentage of respondents that were "Satisfied" about that particular question.
A customer is considered satisfied about about a question if they answered with 4 or more stars out of 5. For example if the "Communication" question is at 95% satisfaction that means that 95% of survey respondents answered that question with 4 or more stars out of 5 possible stars.More about surveys
