The initial measurement was great and when the tub arrived, it would not work due to previous installers (Docs Restoration) royal screw up. There was no support on the load bearing wall that Luxury bath fixed. Luxury bath fixed all the mess that Docs made! The guys were fantastic and knowing we were unhappy took great care of us!!

I had BathFitter come out for a previous job, and they stated their job could be done in one day. One day turned into 4 months. When the salesman came out, he stated it would take 3 days to do this job. At least I knew upfront. They called me for the installation and had everything they needed. The gentleman who came laid cloths down to not mark up the floors. It took a full day to tear everything down to the bare studs. The guys did everything. It all went smoothly. They were done in 3 days. The owner came out to verify we were happy with everything. I was floored because of a previous experience with another company. Everyone has been friendly. Their workmanship is awesome! The installer was very meticulous and made sure everything was the way it should have been. I am very satisfied with the bathroom National Homecraft, LLC/Luxury Bath of Orlando & Ocala has done for me!

Parts were missing, I had to wait 12 weeks and then another 5 weeks, and management attitude was disrespectful. They didn't care.

I had obtained the information in February 2021 through an online advertisement. Somebody was promptly at my home in February 2021 to give me the quote, and obtained 50% of the job cost. I did not hear from anybody, and I had to keep calling the company. Nobody got back to me until August 2021, so that is from February to August that I heard nothing. Once they did get back to me, it took another six weeks to get the job done. I was told it would take just one day to get done in my home.

National Homecraft is a great company.

None of the changes we made to the basic plan, which were submitted by the salesman, were changed by the office and incorrect items were sent to the house for the project. All of these had to be returned and replaced, causing further delay.

While the finished product is beautiful, our overall experience was extremely poor. National HomeCraft/Luxury Bath Ocala, FL was used for our project. We signed a contract with them despite the higher cost because we were very attracted to the promise to complete the bathroom project in "one day, one and a half days at most". My wife and I both work outside the home, so only having to schedule 1-2 days at home to facilitate installation was valuable to us. The reality is the installation took NINE separate visits to our home, and I ended up being the coordinator of the sub-contractors NHC/Luxury Bath needed to complete the relatively simple project. It was like pulling teeth getting the bathroom completed and it took several weeks longer than promised - months between down payment and final installation. I would never use them again for any project and strongly advise others against doing so.

The communication could have been better when there are issues, but overall they did good work.

Frank did a wonderful job of showing us the product and explaining everything. He was the reason I decided to use National Homecraft.

The work was done in the time that was quoted.

I think the crew was very good. They showed up ni time, and they did the work in two and a half days. There was only one hiccup and it wasn't their fault. The wrong screws were delivered so that had to come back for another day to fix it. They had an excellent crew though.

So far, so good.
