The National Homecraft response to calls regarding a repair on a new shower door is very bad.
The initial measurement was great and when the tub arrived, it would not work due to previous installers (Docs Restoration) royal screw up. There was no support on the load bearing wall that Luxury bath fixed. Luxury bath fixed all the mess that Docs made! The guys were fantastic and knowing we were unhappy took great care of us!!
I had BathFitter come out for a previous job, and they stated their job could be done in one day. One day turned into 4 months. When the salesman came out, he stated it would take 3 days to do this job. At least I knew upfront. They called me for the installation and had everything they needed. The gentleman who came laid cloths down to not mark up the floors. It took a full day to tear everything down to the bare studs. The guys did everything. It all went smoothly. They were done in 3 days. The owner came out to verify we were happy with everything. I was floored because of a previous experience with another company. Everyone has been friendly. Their workmanship is awesome! The installer was very meticulous and made sure everything was the way it should have been. I am very satisfied with the bathroom National Homecraft, LLC/Luxury Bath of Orlando & Ocala has done for me!

Parts were missing, I had to wait 12 weeks and then another 5 weeks, and management attitude was disrespectful. They didn't care.
I had obtained the information in February 2021 through an online advertisement. Somebody was promptly at my home in February 2021 to give me the quote, and obtained 50% of the job cost. I did not hear from anybody, and I had to keep calling the company. Nobody got back to me until August 2021, so that is from February to August that I heard nothing. Once they did get back to me, it took another six weeks to get the job done. I was told it would take just one day to get done in my home.

None of the changes we made to the basic plan, which were submitted by the salesman, were changed by the office and incorrect items were sent to the house for the project. All of these had to be returned and replaced, causing further delay.
