I've used Midsouth twice. A young man named Jason helped on the first job, and even came back and helped me clean up from a roofing job, where the old roofing fell down into my attic. ( reason for the 4 stars instead of 5 on question 2 of survey) The second time T J was a tremendous help on a big job that took 4 month. He always came to tell me where we stood , and what was coming next.
I am in my 70s and a widow. Having these 2 men come in and handle the insurance people and all the construction workers was a real relief to me. Thanks to all involved with handling my jobs.
They did a good job, but some preliminaries should be taken care of before construction comes out for a job. I was out of town when MidSouth came out to do the roof & I forgot to call the TV people to let them know I was replacing my roof. MidSouth didn't replace the dish brackets correctly when they finished the roof, so I had to call the cable company out for them to fix it. Part of it was my fault, but I also assumed they would know how to fix the bracket properly since there are a lot of satellite dishes on roofs.
