I had cheaper options than Merrick, but in the end I decided to back my gut feel that these guys were going to get the job done well, on time, and with a high level of attention to detail. My gut was telling me right. These guys are not cheap but they are excellent. I actually physically shudder when I start to imagine what might have happened if we’d gone with one of the smaller operators who quoted us. The whole process was very smooth and quick from the start to the finish (they worked every day from the start of the project to completion). We felt like we were very involved in every phase, but we didn't feel stressed out about any of it.The Merrick team always had good suggestions – whether it was for something to eliminate to keep the cost down, or helping with material selection. Small changes or adjustments throughout the process were acceptable and the team worked on the fly to make the changes we wanted without any hesitation. We honestly feel that the entire Merrick team delivered exceptional service from the start of the project to the end. With that being said, we are thankful for Tim helping us scope out the project and guiding us through the budgeting process.
