Areas For Improvement - One of the things I learned in this process - while mine are standard, in the future I would prefer deeper toe kicks on my cabinets. The lower (dark) cabinet doors and drawer fronts came in much darker than the sample door. If you like a sample, ask the manufacturer to match it. Some of the cabinet shelves were too tight to move them, so the installer returned and trimmed them to the correct size.

I could not have been treated more professionally. Perhaps more importantly I was made to feel like I was the only customer and treated as if I was the most important customer they had. And please remember, although I have a rather nice and comfortable home, mine is not a million dollar investment. However, it was treated as such by your employees
