We have been dealing with leaking around our chimney for 8 years. This is the first time we had bone dry look at it and they did a thorough evaluation and we haven't had any leaking since the repair. The chimney is dry and it looks good. They did an excellent job of matching the brick.

How difficult to replace a rotted 6x6 PT support post for 2nd floor deck? Other materials that are less likely to rot?
