The shower system was not installed properly so there as a steady flow of water going down the drain for 3-4 days which was a considerable waste of our water and I could just see our meter running like crazy!!! ! Someone came out a couple of times over the next few days but it didn't get corrected till about 4 days later. The installer was supposed to have been one of their best installers, but unfortunately for us he was definitely not!!! The entire experience turned out to be a total nightmare that continued for several days. Also, the shelves I chose and were sold to me were not the ones installed after I told them before installing they were wrong,but they installed them anyway. So it became another nightmare to finally get the correct ones and have them installed on yet another visit!!
