Recognized Excellence - The project manager Alan was exceptional. He sent us samples of tile, grout, paint, carpet and other things digitally, since we couldn't be there. He went beyond what you'd normally expect.

Recognized Excellence - David and team were great to work with from the initial visit to identify the source of our water leak and extent of damage through the final painting. They are extremely knowledgeable and responsive to questions during the process. Nick, the project manager, came by during each phase to see if I had any questions and make sure everything was to my satisfaction. Having to repair water damage in the home is never fun but Legacy made the experience as smooth as possible. Thanks!

Areas Of Satisfaction - Legacy was fantastic with communication about the project from the initial estimate of work, working with the insurance company and making sure each phase was meeting my needs and expectations. As part of the repairs we had to replace flooring and they were extremely helpful and knowledgeable in explaining all the different flooring options, pros and cons of each, and helping us decide which option was right for us. We love the final result.
Knowledgeable - Everyone I worked with at Legacy was extremely knowledgeable about the project , the options for repair, the work that was being done and any additional questions that I had. It was obvious they had a lot of experience with these type projects. They were always responsive to my emails and took the time to discuss any questions that I had.
Additional Comments - When we discovered we had a leak and there was extensive water damage, I was dreading the repairs that were needed. Legacy made the entire process very easy. They managed the entire process from mold remediation through final painting. Every crew (mold remediation and removal, drywall repairs, flooring replacement and painting) were very professional and did excellent work. They were always mindful of our home and making sure everything was cleaned up at the end of the day. We are very satisfied with the repairs and will not hesitate to use Legacy for future projects.
Nick did a great job overseeing our bathroom renovation and Arnold was a great installer.

I would recommend Legacy Restoration to my friends. They performed the project for my house very well. They did a good job at my daughter and son-in-law's house too.
Clean - All of the construction debris was removed from my property. The site was left clean.
Respectful - The crews were careful to lock all the doors and close windows when leaving my house. A lock box was provided for the front door.
Communication - I was kept up-to-date on the delivery of new carpet, kitchen cabinets, bathtubs, toilets and mirrors. The project manager returned my calls in a timely manner.
Expertise - An experienced project manager was assigned to my project.
Problem Resolution - Any problems were addressed to my satisfaction. The man who performed the general punch list items was very thorough. The plumber who followed up on plumbing punch items was very good.
Sales Knowledge - David Abbey made very good recommendations on the brand of several items required for the bathroom remodeling portion of my project. The suggestions on the type of cabinets, comfort height toilets and fixtures were very good.

I am very pleased with the outcome of my new shower. I was given maximum input ahead of time to determine what it would look like. During the process, the staff were courteous, knowledgeable and capable of completing their assigned portion of the project. They were courteous and considerate of my home and my privacy. The few delays were related to supply-line issues, but I was updated regularly. Job well done, and I anticipate my top consideration for my future projects.
