They are inconsistent in the level of service, depending on the category. For example, if you have an immediate concern, they lack follow-up with urgency. If you have regular service, they are great.

Overall, the quality of the work was very good, but the process was extremely frustrating.

We were thrilled with the process and results achieved. There was excellently communication from bid to installation to follow up. We asked for a change in materials during the installation which was cheerfully and beautifully accomplished. Every detail was attended to, so that upon completion there was nothing to do but enjoy our beautiful yard. They receive my highest recommendation.

We have one completed project and one in process with Landscape East & West. Excellent service, excellent communication, amazing results! My family and neighbors are jealous and they made the process very easy.

Absolutely and have already done so

Our experience started strong - but we had to call them several times to fix minor issues - and when we noted that some of the plants were dead - we were told to hold off a year and see what happens. We have at least 2 dead plants in our yard that have not been replaced. It may not seem like much - but it was important to us given we'd spent a large amount of $. It seemed like once we'd paid - we were not important anymore.

By far the best sales process I encountered. Thoughtful. Reasonable price. Quality of work overall was good but have had a few issues.

Additional Comments - At first I thought East & West was only about plants and landscaping design, which they did a superior job on my front yard. Then I discovered through a conversation many months later with Kent, they are a whiole service company. So the second project I contracted with them was to gravel my driveway, put a fence, create a walkway in the backyard with gravel and stepping stones. So functional and so beautiful. Exactly what I had hoped for.
