Expertise - My project required engineering that other contractors designated "impossible." Instead of "impossible," Kevin and his team saw my requirements as an opportunity to excel. And they did excel. After having lived in the results through two surgeries, I can safely say that Kevin not only understood my desire for an "aging in place" master suite, but made it even more functional and beautiful than I had thought was possible.

Areas Of Satisfaction - There were two things I wanted to accomplish with this project: (1) to be able to maneuver around my house without the assistance of others for as long as possible and (2) a space (particularly the bathroom) that would not only be low maintenance, but beautiful. Kevin thoroughly explored, scoped, and explained the renovations that would be needed in order to make that happen. Coming from an family of engineers, I very much appreciated all the engineering aspects of what went in to this project -- from x-raying the floor to ensure the post tension slab would not be compromised when he re-routed the plumbing to ensuring the exact slope needed to the exact location of the drains so that I could have a curbless shower. It really was a masterful engineering job.

Construction Quality - 5! They're great. I've used Key for seven years on and off. We did a major renovation project back in 2006. They added 4000 square feet, and it is beautiful. Last year we used them for a project, and right now they are painting and working on some other projects. They are extremely professional and gracious. I wouldn't use anybody else. They are great. When my husband started getting migraines, I asked them to pause the painting work, and they did so without complaint.
